We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

The apartment is furnished very artistically and cozy. The hosts thought of every small detail and matched with the overall idea of style. Seems like a lot of effort and heart put into it. It feels like you're living in an ancient fisherman's house, but with all the necessary modern amenities. Natural materials provide a pleasant coolness to the apartment. There are air conditioning on both floors. It is possible to cook a meal if you need it. There is a "maximytė" nearby to buy anything you will need. There is a self-service laundromat by the shop which is open until late. The apartment is located in the ancient fishing district of Rimini, where people of the artistic soul are settled. The facades of many houses are tastefully decorated with drawings. No car traffic. There are people coming to this neighborhood from other places in Rimini just to take pictures at some more sympathetic home. The whole neighborhood has become like a Rimini postcard. You go out in the morning or evening and understand that you live in the postcard itself. A couple of steps away-Tiberius bridge.

Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

The house is on a country road with light traffic. However, you almost don't notice this because the house, garden, and pool are completely sheltered from the view. The view of the countryside is wonderful. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained. In the garden there are several places to relax, a barbecue, and many children's games. The house has three very well equipped kitchens. In the most spacious there is a large table that could accommodate 10 people, a fireplace, and even a separate pizza oven. It was very welcoming, especially at night! Mrs. Rita, the owner of the house, is very busy, friendly and helpful. We, a family of three generations between the ages of 4 and 81, had a great time and felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

Friendly hosts with a cute dog. Rugged location, perfectly equipped. Slightly steep stairs, otherwise perfect.

Very nice apartment, it was bigger than what I was expecting. My family and I felt like at home, Gabriele was very nice to help us with a booking issue, making our Italy trip stress free so we could focus on enjoying. Very nice and kind host. The apartment is 7-8min walk to the main street close to the beach where there are lots of stores and restaurants. The area is very quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. Thanks Gabriele for having us.

very pleasant stay, warm welcome, thoughtful and generous with advice, accommodation equipped with every comfort in a strategic position, surrounded by greenery but very close to the town and the coast, large fenced garden where our dog was able to run freely, highly recommended, we will be back soon!!!

The accommodation is as described, very large spaces and private parking. Great for those of us with a four-legged friend. Great location for those who want to be close to the sea but also need tranquility. Easy to reach the old town on foot. There is also a very good pastry shop nearby. The host was very nice and also recommended restaurants. Recommended 😊

Nino and his wife are excellent hosts. Nothing is missing and the place is very well maintained. There is a small garden in front of and behind the house, everywhere in front of the windows fly screens can be preferred. We had bicycles available the whole time. Since we traveled with a dog, everything was also optimal for him. We can only recommend this place.
