This was the second time we stayed at Vincenzo's apartment. It was a great stay! With spring weather we could use the front balcony with its beautiful views (you can see the sea so well on a clear day!). We will definitely be back!

Really quiet and well-served area, perfect for relaxing but also convenient for reaching the center and other attractions nearby. The apartment is well-finished, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Since booking, the host has been very kind and always available, providing us with support and quick responses. Upon our arrival (with early check-in), he gave us all the instructions to easily access with the phone, which was very convenient. He also provided us with a detailed guide with recommended restaurants, supermarkets... We immediately felt at home, even our dog settled in very well. A very pleasant stay, we absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Separately, I want to note that there are many recommendations from the hostess of the house to visit, even found and gave us a guide in our language, it was very interesting to read👍 Instructions are available to all the technique even with pictures, for this special thanks👏 The location was very convenient for us, 1 min walk and a park for walking, 5 min and a famous bridge, and an area for walking and the center, 2 min shop and pharmacy. Next time we will stay in Rimini only here❤️

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

great location, easy check-in with the possibility of fixing an earlier time, close to the beach, train station and the city center, well-maintained and clean apartment, big plus for air conditioning the😉 only thing I would change is a larger amount of toilet paper and garbage bags, I generally recommend !!

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

lovely apartment; quiet area 10 minutes from the fair. very clean and very organized to accommodate even families with young children. The bathrooms are new and well organized. Elisabetta also welcomed us with many completely unexpected but very useful and welcome gifts We felt like we were staying at a friend's house.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
