Great stay in this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards so very quiet. Great location to visit Rimini, Urbino, San Marin and to go to the beach in Riccione. The apartment is comfortable equipped and enough for 4 guests. The terrace is pleasant in the evening and even if we have to share it with the other 2 apartments it is large enough and equipped for everyone to enjoy it at the same time. the 2 pools are large and clean with shower and toilet nearby. A washing machine is even available near the parking lot if you want to do laundry. Sandro and his family are very welcoming and smiling and always there if you have any questions. Wine tasting of the vineyard offered on a very friendly evening. Very good wines. everything was perfect! Thank you very much for staying in your beautiful area.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Great experience, starting with clear communication and quick feedback. Antonella was very helpful and flexible in the face of our travel unforeseen events. Kindness and friendliness made the experience pleasant, the bedroom and bathroom matched the description and were very clean. And the breakfast with homemade cakes is super! This is our second time staying at the property, and we'll definitely be back next time!

Our stay at Claudio's was a dream! The property is in the middle of the mountains, secluded from all the tourism and it is a perfect place to relax. The rooms are tidy, the view at breakfast is stunning and the infinity pool is just great! Claudio was very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips for day trips and restaurants. You can always ask Claudio for help and Francesca makes the best noodles with fresh and regional products! Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!! Fabio, Jannik & Jana

Donata and her family are real and beautiful people. They immediately made us feel at home, very warm and pleasant welcome. The house is located in a place surrounded by greenery where tranquility and calm reign. During the night there is a fabulous silence. The house is very clean and furnished, there is nothing missing for a comfortable stay. The owner Donata immediately offered us freshly baked homemade bread and a homemade dessert for breakfast, really delicious and really welcome. The care, attention and friendliness of the family that hosted us was amazing. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

If you want to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are super hosts. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will enjoy seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Grabbing blackberries and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try to believe!

We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the great homemade products. Great kindness from guests and lots of cats to pamper! The room was nice and spacious... in short, everything was perfect!

The Podere Baratta farm is immersed in the vineyards and olive groves of the Romagna hills, which overlooked the terrace of our room, new and very clean. Despite the total tranquility and the feeling of being away from any disturbance, the farm is actually very convenient to reach the famous village of Bertinoro in a few minutes by car. The excellent breakfast of farm products (sweets, jams) is served in the summer outside. You can also organize wine and oil tastings, accompanied by homemade piadina, cold cuts and cheeses. In addition to all this, the kindness and friendliness of Eleonora's family truly make you feel at home. Highly recommended to enjoy full relaxation and many beautiful and good things!

This was a bit heaven on our journey back to the UK. Piero and his wife Nicollete are fabulous hosts, they couldn’t have done more to make our stay top class. The breakfast was ample and definitely unexpectedly good.
