Great stay with family of 4, lovely big space in rooms and kitchen area, comfy beds, breakfast, air con in both bedrooms, everything we needed for our one night stop over in Pisa. 20 minute walk to the tower and restaurants (although some closer too) and only 5 minutes from train station, a perfect location when travelling without a car

This was much better than expected. We didn’t expect a bed and breakfast experience so this was a great surprise The hospitality given to us was wonderful We would absolutely stay here again

Eufemia was/is a perfect host. She was more than helpful with providing local recommendations and other instructions. The place looks like the photos, is clean and cozy. We arrived late but she was still there to greet us. Also electric adapters were available for us non-Italians. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place to stay in the Tuscan region of Italy. The place is at a considerable altitude. View from the kitchen is very nice. The host was always very responsive. We had a very nice stay and I would recommend this place.

Availability and great hospitality.. beyond our expectations! Breathtaking views and a well-maintained home in every detail... nothing was missing!! Too bad we only had one night left! Ideal for a weekend with friends enjoying the peace of the surrounding bells!

How to be at home ! Impeccable experience. In view of the next Lucca Comics, it will definitely be our fixed destination!

It was amazing! The house is in a secluded scenic location, the condition of the property exceeded all expectations. Very accommodating and soulful I didn't want to leave. The hostess is very friendly and kind, answered all our questions and gave the necessary instructions. On the back of the house there is a small store with everything you need, however, it was difficult to find it, there is no sign on it. Behind the house is a small cafe, in the morning they bought delicious croissants. If you walk past the cafe a little further, you will go to a small bridge that has a great view of the surrounding area. I recommend going there in the morning. We recommend the place to everyone. If we are still passing through Tuscany, we will definitely stay there!

Great host, welcoming and responsive. A great breakfast will be offered. The proximity to the train station is great but not inconvenient for people who are sensitive to noise.

This was a great place and exactly what we needed (2 adults, 2 kids). It is in the heart of the old city and so close to restaurants. the beautiful piazza's and amenities. Being close to the university also meant the area had a real buzz due to the students, particularly around lunch and evening. The flat was a 10-15 min walk from the station from which we took trains to Firenze and Lucca and even a bus to the coast for a swim! Pisa was so walkable and safe and we loved being able to walk up to the leaning tower square after sunset. truly magical. The flat was great and had everything we needed. Morning coffee on the terrace and evening meals were delightful. Alberto was great and really responsive and communicative.

Absolutely beautiful apartment - looks just like the pictures - possibly even better. Comfortable and so clean, great location. Only slight issues were the noise from the main entrance door as you are so close to the entrance, and how cold the apartment was. We travelled in January and although there is heating in the kitchen it struggled to reach the bedroom and never warmed up to a comfortable level. There also weren’t warm duvets just thin sheets. Wouldn’t stop me booking again but would bring warmer clothes and slippers!! Overall a lovely stay!

Everything went very well, Giovanni was very kind and also his wife we met at checkout. Very quiet and peaceful area, comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the center of Livorno. Also, the apartment exactly matches the photos. But maybe the most important thing to emphasize is the kindness of the hostess Ilaria. What a wonderful person! Very kind and always ready to help. I highly recommend Ilaria and her apartment.

The apartment is perfect for a short stay. The hospital can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Wonderful place to stay. Quite peaceful, with plenty to do. Did a bike ride to Volterra on one of their sweet Scott Mtn Bikes for only €20 with fantastic scenery and fun roads. The kiddos enjoyed the pool. The restaurant had tasty and authentic Italian food, but we only ate there the first night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry machine was lifesaving as we travel lightly. The location was nicely located 30 mins from Volterra and San Gimignano, both of which are worth a visit once you’re done relaxing.

One of the best places we stayed in, in Italy. The suite we stayed in was super clean and comforting. The breakfast was really cozy and nice and the big beautiful garden with swimming pool a great place to hang out. We have two young kids and for them it was such a pleasure to be here. The dinners in the garden were not only delicious but really got the Italian feeling out of it. Location is great in between Pise, beaches and gorgeous Lucca. Last but not least, the owners are the best of all. So friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

George, a kind and helpful person, assisted us from the first minute we arrived at his place. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Highly recommended!!

Wow what a place. This is a genuinely amazing property hidden in the hills of Tuscany. The house is one of a few in a secluded hamlet owned by Petra’s family and is surrounded by forest providing privacy and tranquility. The house is beautifully appointed and is sparkling clean. The upstairs rooms have panoramic eastern views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We even spotted a few deer grazing in the morning. Petra is a kind host who helped organise a dinner booking in a neighbouring restaurant and cooked an excellent breakfast including strong Italian coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a peaceful base from which to explore Tuscany - it’s only a 10min drive to San Gimignano. Thanks Petra for being such a gracious host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Staying in Paola's place added to the enjoyment of our short stay in Pisa. Paola is a very kind, friendly and hospitable host. The accommodation is a short walk from the railway station and airport and is located at the start of a very pleasant stroll to the famous Leaning Tower and central attractions. A superb pizzeria is to be found about 100m away from the accommodation offering a convenient and great choice of food and drinks.

For us it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely recommend it. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and thought it was great (but are also very sporty). There were great hiking trails in the area and in general it was really nice and quiet!
