I had a great stay! Alessio was very nice, helpful and responsive. Walking distance to the sea and to the city center in about 5 minutes. Great stay!

The stay at Monia's property was very pleasant: very clean, comfortable house, full of amenities even if you wanted to cook. The area is quiet and central, in a few minutes you can reach the station or Piazza Salotto and the sea. Monia is a thoughtful and helpful host who spouses her guests. It was me and my girlfriend visiting Pescara in Fabrizio's B&B, what can we say? We were greeted by his father, a real gentleman! Always present and very kind, very cozy house and full of everything you need, we slept on the sofa bed overlooking the mini terrace with a beautiful and fresh air, also great for breakfast and eating there, the place is great for parking and underneath there are markets and everythingelse, I highly recommend it
