Vacation rentals with a sauna in Province of Perugia

Siamo state ospiti di Renzo per un giorno, struttura moderna e curata in ogni minimo particolare, inoltre ci ha lasciato a disposizione un'ottima colazione. Renzo è stato gentile, dandoci anche ottimi consigli sulla zona, posizione ottima vicino al centro storico di Gubbio. Consigliatissimo ☺️

Struttura bella e ben collegata con tutti i punti di interesse. In poco tempo è possibile raggiungere le maggiori città dell'Umbria, a 10 minuti dal centro di Perugia. Immersa nel verde la struttura offre tranquillità per riposare e rilassarsi. Consigliatissima

L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, anzi: ancora meglio! Pulito, curato nei dettagli, arredato con gusto e con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è fantastica e comodissima per esplorare il centro a piedi. Se tornerò a Perugia, so già dove prenotare!

Soggiornare ad Orvieto è stata un’esperienza fantastica. L’appartamento di Barbara è semplicemente stupendo. Tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettative. La posizione centralissima ha reso facile raggiungere tutti i punti d’interesse più conosciuti. Barbara è stata superlativa. Grazie ancora per il grande supporto!

L’appartamento è bellissimo e situato in una zona perfetta, a pochi passi da tutto. La sauna prima di dormire ti rimette al mondo, torneremo sicuro

Casale al lago è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, immerso nella campagna orvietana con un panorama mozzafiato che invita a concentrarsi sul momento presente, a godere della bellezza che lo circonda e a rilassare la mente. Tiziano e Claudia che ci hanno accolto si sono dimostrati due persone davvero fantastiche, cordiali e gentili. extra consigliatissimi i prodotti come salumi e uova di Tiziano, che ci hanno permesso di fare una colazione da campioni!!!

l'appartamento è in pieno centro ed è molto curato. Gli host sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili. Se cercate un alloggio sia per una gita romantica che per una in famiglia questo alloggio fa per voi

absolutely beautiful place and space. city is something magical, just in the city centre. you can use spa and sauna. I really would love to be back to this place again

Marco’s place is more beautiful than the pictures! He and Monica greeted us and showed us around. They are extremely thoughtful. The location is perfect. It was a great vacation!

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! Wir haben ingesamt 8 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Mateo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich idyllisch - ein toller, ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt. Auch die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermärkte können innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreicht werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

nicht nur ist die landschaft ein wahrer traum, sondern auch das haus war so herzig und heimelig. wir wurden so herzlich und warm von unserem gastgeber aufgenommen und hatten eine wundervolle zeit. sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die sich mal eine woche lang entspannen wollen :)

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

The location is beautiful and extremely peaceful. Antonio has taken great care to provide every possible amenity including a sauna, cooling pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and so forth. Inside he has generously offered complimentary champagne, luxury quality olive oil and bathroom amenities one expects from a five star hotel. Regrettably, for personal reasons, we had to leave after only one day but would have loved to stay for longer.

A beautiful property, the pictures of which don't do it justice. The river and multiple waterfalls a stone's throw from the kitchen are incredible, while the pool area is lovely and well outfitted with chaise lounges. The building itself is large, with ample space for everyone. While the bathrooms would benefit from a deep cleaning, some of the furniture and contents were a bit rough, and some better lighting should be considered, you'll want to spend all of your time outdoors anyway. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy an idyllic property.

Unser Aufenthalt im Borgo Santa Maria war ein Traum! Von ganzem Herzen Danke für diese wundervolle Zeit. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns ein gemütliche, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und vor allem sehr saubere Unterkunft erwartet, welche genau unseren Geschmack getroffen hat. Lieben Dank noch für das leckere Gemüse aus eurem Garten, den sehr guten Wein und dem Olivenöl aus eurem eigenen Anbau, es hat alles ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Das gesamte Anwesen, die Wohnungen sowie der Garten sind mit viel Liebe zur Kunst und der Natur gestaltet. Man entdeckt immer wieder neue Schönheiten. Im Garten konnten wir jeden Tag einen neuen Platz zum Essen aussuchen, Einer schöner als der Andere. Dazu kommen die tollen Grillmöglichkeiten die zu gemütlichen Abendessen im Freien einladen. Der superschöne und sehr saubere Pool mit den umgebenden Hängematten hat dazu beigetragen das wir uns sehr gut entspannen und ausruhen konnten. Das Anwesen ist ein Traum für romantische Menschen. Für Familien mit Kindern genauso schön wie für Menschen, wie wir die einfach nur entspannen möchten. Borgo Santa Maria liegt auch sehr zentral für vielseitige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in Umbrien und der Toskana. Wir beispielsweise waren viel wandern und in den Naturthermen, sowie den vielen kleinen ursprünglichen Städten unterwegs. Die Natur ist zu jeder Jahreszeit wunderschön und das Ambiente von Laura und Daniele ist perfekt darauf abgestimmt. Bei Fragen waren Sie immer sofort für uns da. Auch unsere kleine Hundedame hat sich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Kurz gesagt: wir hatten eine sehr glückliche Zeit bei euch und kommen bestimmt wieder!
