House in a fantastic location 40 meters from the sea, with parking for the dedicated covered machine 20 meters from the house with garden and outdoor patio that allows the children to play and eat peacefully outside both for lunch and dinner. There is a shared outdoor shower with another very comfortable apartment to clean when you return from the beach. Mosquito pest control, which was done on time, despite being close to the sea, therewere very few. Tidy and clean house of the 80s, equipped with a fan in the bedroom with beds and a shovel in the living room to turn the air; comfortable mosquito nets on all the doors and windows that allow you to leave the windows open. Being close to a pine forest, be careful not to leave bread or crumbs around because the ants jump out in the blink of an eye. Overall. Luisa is very helpful and kind to respond to all our needs, if possible we will definitely come back!

Giulia's place is even nicer than the description and more beautiful than the photos! 2 beautiful weeks for us The beach is accessible by bike - a short walk away with a young child. We loved the restaurants in the city ( and other cities too…) The neighbors on the left were nice to us. Our daughter played with their daughter Mia every night despite the language barrier, she was delighted! The place is cool even if it's 35 degrees outside ( even without the air conditioning) We fed cute little cats in front of the accommodation (on Giulia's proposal of course) Only downside? I am not sure I have mastered all the intricacies of the garbage cans and the bed a little soft according to our preference. In short, 2 weeks of only positive vacation and Giulia's place was perfect for us! Thank you so much!!!

We spent 3 great weeks in Marco's house. The house is very nice, a small garden with dining table allows you to eat outside in the shade when it's not too hot. A parking space is available nearby. Marco is very friendly and very responsive when needed or to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet. If you like cats, you will win over with a white cat who enjoys coming to the garden to ask for pets… the great beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car.

We felt very comfortable in Marina's apartment. Marina and her family welcomed us kindly and showed us directly how to get to the sea, what to consider and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and beaches. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated, but lacked basic amenities such as wine glasses. We knew there was no WiFi beforehand. Unfortunately, we did not have any cell phone reception in the house and garden, which made planning for excursions, etc., a bit difficult. So if you value a digital detox on vacation, you're in the right place: ) Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the week and had a wonderful time in Sardinia.

Very nice accommodation beautiful outdoor space for lunch and dinner outside very safe for children because it is fenced... clean sheets and towels... Quiet area and in the evening we could go downtown on foot while for the beaches a car or bicycles is useful for the beaches

Alessandro's house is in an excellent position to visit the main beaches and coves of the San Teodoro area, with 10/20 minutes by car we were able to visit many beaches. We were a company of 6 adults with 5 children.... there were two bedrooms on the main floor with bathroom and a double bedroom on the basement floor with bathroom ... we were a little tight but we still adapted with a little organization... the outdoor shower was a treat from the sky! Fantastic!!!! The house is great for two families! The beautiful terrace, we were all 11 comfortably, breakfasts and dinners with sea views!!! The outdoor spaces are super comfortable! Clear and accurate directions and very flexible check-in and check-out!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

Accommodation matching the photos. Super-equipped house Easy check-in and checkout. Upon arrival in the fridge we found a small thought (fruit, water and a bottle of Cannonau) very welcome. The neighbor Rosa is always ready for a tip, Daniela did not see her, but this was absolutely not a problem, during the stay she was interested in how the holidays were going and if we were doing well. Congratulations on your home and organization.

Antonio's place is within walking distance of the center of San Teodoros. Everything you need in everyday use is there. The neighborhood itself is quiet, you only hear the nightclub in the distance from time to time, but that was no further disturbing for us. The communication with Antonio is friendly and straightforward. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly. We felt right at home and would come back anytime!!

For hikers an ideal location, a car is also needed to get to a larger supermarket or more secluded beach, but you know that beforehand. Unfortunately, we could not park in the garage mentioned in the advertisement, it was not available to us - that was a shame, because there are parking spaces in the area, but the residents use it privately and do not want you to sit down as a tourist by car. The house is practical and friendly in terms of layout, a cooler bedroom downstairs, and a fine rooftop terrace with shade in the morning for breakfast. If you want to cook more often there are a few restrictions: no kettle, extractor hood does not work, no whisk, etc. But there are also good restaurants nearby in a place that is not yet touristy with very nice locals. At check-in we found sweet tarts as a welcome. We felt very comfortable - recommended!

Great location and fantastic views. Enrico available at any time and very helpful. Apartment in top condition, everything exactly as described. Location ideal for motorcycle excursions. In November, at least 1 restaurant is open. Shopping and many restaurants are a few kilometers away.

Very nice accommodation and very well equipped. Supplies were present upon arrival. And very responsive owner, I would recommend it without problem.

Great place to stay! Practical and tastefully decorated, great rooftop terrace, shared kitchens, and good wifi. Even as a non climber, you feel comfortable. Downstairs in the café you can have breakfast for 8€ - highly recommended! We will be happy to come back. Arriving by car can be difficult because the road network is tight and confusing.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to relax in a lovely town with beautiful surroundings. (You will need a car to move to and from there) If you are a climber...don't hesitate, this is your spot to be. The room I stayed in was very spacious, with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and access to a balcony long balcony that wraps the building around. Amazing terrace to hang out...and nice vibes from the other people staying in the house. Very recommended

Great experience at the house of Elena and the friend Francesca who manages check-in/out. Communication was perfect since booking and the house was perfect for 4 people and our dog. The perfect location to reach the beautiful beaches of the area with the stains. On foot you can reach Porto Frailis. Very nice even if you populate early. Basaura our favorite. Infinite spaces and tranquility. I can only recommend Elena's home that exactly meets expectations. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem. The rooms on the first floor are very airy. Very nicely located in the middle of Taunaunella with a wonderful garden and a great view from the balcony. The apartment itself is well equipped and perfect for families. Within a radius of about 20 km, there are many beautiful beaches and several supermarkets are available in Budoni (about 3 km) Francesco as a host is a great host..Always reachable, proactive and super helpful. We can only recommend the house.

You could not ask for a more helpful host. We arrived late following delays with our flight and the satnav struggled but Fabio was immediately responsive to any queries and helped us find our way. When we arrived there was a wonderful array of goodies on the breakfast table for us to enjoy. Fabio provided us with restaurant recommendations and even booked a restaurant for our first evening which was really appreciated. We were sent suggestions for what we could do in the area and all in all had a wonderful time. The swimming pool was fantastic and we were just walking distance from the sea which was crystal clear. Fabio is a truly excellent host.

It was a super pleasant stay Diomede was super kind and immediately available regarding check-in and various tips (local beaches, ect). The house enjoys a spectacular view, it is located in a very nice village, small with a marina and 2 very nice and equipped beaches, the location allows you to move to the neighboring villages on the most famous beaches of the emerald coast. We were 6 guys and the spaces of the house were spacious, the beds comfortable, bathroom upstairs spacious and renovated (like most of the house). The accommodation is equipped with every possible and imaginable tool: cutlery, dishes , bowls ect and Any appliance (not present, salt, oil). Unfortunately, the only downside (as in many places in Sardinia) is the inability to use tap water even to cook pasta (so you have to buy the boxes of water on the super... a not indifferent environmental pact of which the Host can't do anything about).

It has been a perfect stay, in a great and very clean house, with all the necessary services to spend pleasant days and at home. Angelo is a person with great responsibility and very attentive to everything we needed, direct contact for anything necessary. Highly recommended and very nice everything.

We spent a month in this typical Sardinian house of Matteo's family and felt comfortable. Already upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed with welcome gifts and received small attentions from the host family several times during our stay, including homemade oranges and homemade limoncello. Around the place it is wonderfully quiet and we were able to focus well on our work. The wifi is stable and perfect for remote work. The place is very well equipped - in case of missing things or questions, Matteo took care of it directly and helped us. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
