Fantastically quiet vacation in a fantastic location and TOP landlord We felt very comfortable in the apartment for 2 weeks. From booking to departure, perfect friendly quick communication with Antonio, that's how it should be. Arriving in the apartment, we found a very personal "starter package" with food and drinks, so you can start your vacation carefree. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The apartment and the small complex are very well maintained and quiet. The view from the terrace is a dream, you almost don't want to go on excursions ;-) Also the pool: a dream with a view of the sea. The place is very quiet in the off-season, 2 small supermarkets have everything for everyday needs, for the "big shopping" you can go to neighboring places. The beach on site, fine sand and turquoise water, the beaches north and south of the coast, all typical of Sardinia and also fantastic. All in all: unreserved recommendation

Giulia's place is even nicer than the description and more beautiful than the photos! 2 beautiful weeks for us The beach is accessible by bike - a short walk away with a young child. We loved the restaurants in the city ( and other cities too…) The neighbors on the left were nice to us. Our daughter played with their daughter Mia every night despite the language barrier, she was delighted! The place is cool even if it's 35 degrees outside ( even without the air conditioning) We fed cute little cats in front of the accommodation (on Giulia's proposal of course) Only downside? I am not sure I have mastered all the intricacies of the garbage cans and the bed a little soft according to our preference. In short, 2 weeks of only positive vacation and Giulia's place was perfect for us! Thank you so much!!!

We had a great 3 weeks at Marco's house. The house is very nice, a small garden with dining table allows you to eat outside in the shade when it is not too hot. Parking is available nearby. Marco is very friendly and very responsive if needed or to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet. If you like cats, you will be won over by a white cat who enjoys coming into the garden to ask for caresses… the large beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Everything was very clean. Well-equipped apartment with everything you need. You could walk to the beach and restaurants. Giorgio was very friendly. A place to go back to. ❤️

We really enjoyed the time at Alberto's house, the short walk to the beautiful harbor/beach is perfect. The garden with a small child was also great and we could watch shooting stars from the roof terrace. There is an outdoor shower, very helpful with the temperatures :-), pool can only be used from 4 pm and very nice. Thank you so much!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Cozy house, clean and complete with all the comforts, very close to the sea (five minutes walk). Mrs. Loredana was always helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

We spent the hottest week of the year at Luisa's place: despite the absence of air conditioning, the presence of two efficient fans allowed us to sleep well and comfortably live the holiday. We appreciated the proximity to the sea and the presence of the pine forest; the beaches south of the village are great if you are looking for tranquility and cleanliness. The area is very relaxing, suitable for those looking for peace; vice versa, being far from the inhabited centers it does not lend itself to worldly life, unless you are willing to always move around by car. All in all, a great experience

Well equipped house, and very clean upon arrival. Federica is very responsive, we were able to add an extra night last minute due to a vehicle issue. Responsive and accurate hosts, great apartment for spending holidays, reserved and quiet but in a strategic position to be able to move quickly. Air-conditioned, you sleep well. We loved our staying very much. The house is simple, but there was everything we needed. It is peaceful place, closed to the beach. Angela is very nice and helpful, if you have any problem.

Great experience at the house of Elena and the friend Francesca who manages check-in/out. Communication was perfect since booking and the house was perfect for 4 people and our dog. The perfect location to reach the beautiful beaches of the area with the stains. On foot you can reach Porto Frailis. Very nice even if you populate early. Basaura our favorite. Infinite spaces and tranquility. I can only recommend Elena's home that exactly meets expectations. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem. The rooms on the first floor are very airy. Very nicely located in the middle of Taunaunella with a beautiful garden and a great view from the balcony. The apartment itself is well equipped and perfect for families. Within a radius of about 20 km, there are many beautiful beaches and several supermarkets are available in Budoni (about 3 km) Francesco as a host is a super host... Always available, proactive and super helpful. We can only recommend the house.

You could not ask for a more helpful host. We arrived late following delays with our flight and the satnav struggled but Fabio was immediately responsive to any queries and helped us find our way. When we arrived there was a wonderful array of goodies on the breakfast table for us to enjoy. Fabio provided us with restaurant recommendations and even booked a restaurant for our first evening which was really appreciated. We were sent suggestions for what we could do in the area and all in all had a wonderful time. The swimming pool was fantastic and we were just walking distance from the sea which was crystal clear. Fabio is a truly excellent host.
