Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ogliastra

We stayed in Lorenzo's vacation home for 14 days in mid-February. The location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Through the garden, you are just a few steps from the water. The house is located next to other houses, mostly used as vacation rentals. Since we were there out of season, it was very quiet. There is a supermarket that is very accessible by bike or even on foot. Alternatively, you will find everything you need in Orosei, about 12 km away. Lorenzo is a super friendly host. The house was very well maintained and very clean. Lorenzo explained and described everything we needed to know. In addition, he gave us a lot of good tips on restaurants and destinations. Lorenzo takes exemplary care of his guests. We used the vacation for kayaking and cycling. The fine sandy beach is ideal for getting started. The roads are quiet and good for biking. Thanks, Lorenzo, for the great care. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

Valentina was an excellent host and we had a great time at her place. She was very responsive and always very helpful. The place had beautiful mountain and sea views and was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook, eat and store food. We could eat inside or outside which was great but be aware like everywhere in Sardinia there are mosquitoes at dusk. Street or private parking both super easy even for a large car. Super close to the port and all the restaurants and the beach. We felt very comfortable and at home and would recommend her place and this town to anyone looking to explore the surrounding areas. The beach and park were both beautiful. One thing to note is that there are two flights of stairs to get into the apartment and also no wifi but this was not an issue for us at all. Grazie Valentin per tutto!!

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment and it was perfect. We spent our evenings lounging on the sofa overlooking the sea. It is a short walk along the beachfront to the harbour, and there were restaurants and shops all around. The apartment had everything we needed, a great rain shower, a large comfortable bed (2 singles pushed together), a well equipped kitchen and double doors looking out to the sea. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

We’re very happy to have spent a week in this charming house with privacy and a fantastic view. Nice showers and lots of space for clothes. Extra quality was added by Alessandro’s welcoming words and helpful instructions and tips. Having a kind host like him means so much.

We had a lovely stay at Martino's house! A very relaxing holiday with beautiful sea view from apartment and terrace. Direct access from garden to clear water, sandy pretty bay. Lots of gorgeous bays and beaches to explore near by but we loved our our beach. Host lovely people, we will visit again:-)

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

Great accommodation, with beautiful view over the sea. We really enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the shade, cooling off from a day in the sun. Cala Gonone is beautiful, and I recommend renting a boat to explore the shoreline.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

The house is located in a very quiet place with several beaches just a 5-10 minute drive, spacious quiet, with crystal clear water and fine white sand there is a supermarket, butchers and other basic amenities in the area. The host will be your neighbor but more than a problem was something positive since I was very available for anything and we had a lot of intimacy. If you are looking for tranquility and calm it is very good place, from the house you can see some spectacular sunrises. The house is very well equipped if you intend to cook. Overall, we were quite comfortable.

Very nice house, right on the beach! The house is rather simply equipped, but with everything you need (coffee maker, freezer,...). The clear highlight is definitely the location: from the terrace or also from the bedroom window you look directly at the sea. From there, it's just a few steps into the water - wonderful! Also very practical is the fenced outdoor shower after bathing. Federica always responded quickly, so we felt well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our tip for arrivals: We definitely recommend taking the route via the coastal road from Cagliari airport by car and not through the mountains (because this is extremely curvy, as we found ^^). In addition, the road is not paved at the last meters to the house. It's probably worth a bit of an off-road car if you rent one (where we've also mastered it with a Fiat Panda).

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful private place, right on the beach. Magical how you can hear the sea from inside the house. Everything you need is in the house. Antonio is a nice host and is very helpful. We definitely recommend and will come back!

Super nice house with everything you need, large garden with fruit trees and total peace! Beautiful beach within walking distance and also some good restaurants! Pier was very helpful and always super fast with communication. We once had a problem with the water and his very dear mother came right away and fixed the problem. We will be happy to come back!

We love this place! It’s very quiet with a beautiful view and close to the charming town we fell in love with. We had a wonderful time here, just a short distance from a beautiful coast and great restaurants.

A great, loving family! We were received very warmly. We had problems with the car rental at the airport. It was already 11pm and we had a baby with us. Graziella and Pierro didn't hesitate to pick us up from the airport after we told her. (Without even asking!) This is not self-evident and that shows how accommodating and caring the family is. You felt right at home in the apartment and with the rental. I can only recommend it to everyone!

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Very clean! Very nice vacation resort, as good as new, parking outside the door. **** Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is best on the balcony, but you'll be there anyway for planning your day. Extremely convenient to the SS131 dn and to Budoni and San Teodoro, where you have all the restaurants, beaches and with Cosi Boni a super pasta shop nearby. Accommodation fully recommended! *****

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

We stayed in Maria Giuseppina's apartment with our small child and felt very comfortable there. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, check-in and communication went wonderfully. A nearby parking space was always available. We were particularly pleased with Maria Giuseppina's willingness to accommodate a very late check-out, which meant we were able to make much better use of the last day before the ferry departed - thank you very much!

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.
