We were vacationing while working remotely. Wi-Fi was reliable, supermarket and bus stops were near. Alberto was very helpful.

We spent 4 nights at Nicola's beautiful place. Nicola is a great host, always very responsive and attentive. He gave us restaurants suggestions and great instructions to make check-in and check- out a breeze. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and warm heart. It meant a lot for us, we felt like home! The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The big balcony is a bonus for both day and evening. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beaches, with great restaurants nearby, shops, and supermarkets. Secure parking and washer are a big bonus. Thank you Nicola for everything. Super clean apartment, lovingly and conveniently furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very beneficial. Great area, all partially within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately available. Despite a late arrival time, she welcomed us, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thank you!

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

We had a perfect holiday in Marcos house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with weaver grill and separate laundry room . The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses in bed very comfortable! We were able to have all the meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace . Very good starting point for trips to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long beach walks. Marco is a very courteous, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will come back very gladly!!

Marisa's apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need. We especially liked the terrace. The house is relatively noisy. It is located on a street and it was already partly noisy on the street from the bedroom. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay!

Dalia is a exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Well-finished apartment, complete with everything you need (and more), comfortable and also ideal for the central location, which allows you to move around quietly on foot. Margherita was also a friendly and helpful host from the check-in/out stages to the most practical tips (such as areas to visit or restaurants to try). All this made our stay in Cagliari really pleasant and unforgettable.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
