Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Medio Campidano

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

Amazing place in a great location and amazing communication, we loved it

We stayed with Federica for 2 weeks. The apartment is new renovated, very clean and cozy. It is a great location, very central but still quiet. We felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back. Claudia, Federica's girlfriend was very quick to respond to our questions, she and Federica are very helpful . Check-in was impeccable, straightforward. Thank you very much for everything 🌸

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

The check-in and video instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking space located behind the fence in the complex is a big plus, for our seat Leon the parking space was good. You can also walk to the center and supermarkets, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well equipped kitchen and the great views from the balcony! The washing machine including clothes rack and air conditioners make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and also recommend it in the family!

I had an incredible stay! The location is unbeatable—perfect as a base to explore the area. The flat itself is so peaceful, and I loved relaxing on the lovely balcony after a day out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in a great spot!

Beautiful garden we could sit in forever! The house was also great, with ample private parking. Angelo was very kind and a great host. We would gladly come again!

Valerija and Mauro were super responsive and helpful and friendly! Their place is centrally-located but also quiet and peaceful. The place is clean and has got everything you might need, even for a longer stay like ours (10 days). The stairs kept us active and in shape to counteract all the food we were eating! The rooftop terrace has amazing sunset views of the sea and the mountains! Even in winter, we were able to enjoy it! Would definitely recommend!

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Nice and well organized apartment. Delightful outdoor space even though we didn't use it. Very nice combination of bathroom linens with shower drawing. Large TV.

We had a super nice vacation in Villasimius. Lorenzo is a very good host. We were very happy about the welcome gift. The apartment is located in a very quiet area. We would love to be in this apartment again.

We had an incredible stay! Paola was exceptionally friendly, with perfect communication throughout our visit. The place was very clean, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for our 9-month-old. The breathtaking view made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We spent 10 days in this wonderful house. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house is super equipped and everything corresponded to the description. The location is excellent. You live on a huge property without disturbing neighbors, at the same time there are numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby. Roberto is a great host with a lot of heart, we've never had a better one! Especially after our first week in Costa Paradiso, with landlords who were not at all paradise, that was particularly good. He has provided us with good tips and recommendations again and again. He was quick to respond to every question and was there to help us. Many thanks! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Maria was a great host. Although we never met (we arrived late on Sunday night!) the process for getting into the apartment was easy. Maria was very kind in leaving beer and wine in the fridge, and snacks to keep us going! I really enjoyed the stay - just wish we had been there for a bit longer!

Carla was a great host, friendly and quick to respond. Flexible with check in time as the flat was ready to go when we arrived a couple hours early. Apartment was as expected from the description and photos. We enjoyed our stay :)

Went for a quick weekend trip with some friends! Had the absolutely best time thanks to Marwan! Absolutely stunning place and great area! So much to when you’re just chilling around the apartment!! Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.
