The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is totally quiet and beautiful. You can drive to Cagliari in 30 minutes and shop, eat well and visit museums. Daniel is a fantastic host and we felt comfortable from minute one. The house is equipped with everything you might might need. The beds are great and the pool is a dream. You should use a car that can handle a somewhat rocky road. Thanks to Daniel and Pierpaolo and see you soon.

I've stayed here three times, and I keep discovering new things to do and see each time. And today, the incredible garden of cactus started to bloom!!! I hadn't ever seen this type of cactus blooming in the desert East of LA...I'd no idea that it could flower!? Thank you so much for making this place open to tourists! It is a one-of-a-kind experience!

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a bus stop right next to the house and a mini supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, this is the perfect spot. The beach is a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bus ride. The connections to Cagliari are excellent, as there are many buses running from this area. I highly recommend buying a weekly ticket at a kiosk marked with the letter "T," which is only about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Thank you once again for everything! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Beautiful villa 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from Cagliari

Cinzia was wonderful. She went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we might need. House is a modern intrigue with its upper loft bridge with a glass floor. There is a very private lovely open air large upper courtyard. The town is very provincial and friendly. A lovely beach is about a 10 minute or less walk.

Great stay, in a clean and comfortable place to stay. Hosts gave us great tips for outings, restaurants, and activities. We strongly recommend it

Simply excellent: superb villa, spacious, well equipped. Completely as described. Hyper-reactive hosts. We had a perfect week. 8 minutes maximum walk from the beach, 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Poetto beach and 30 minutes from the center of Cagliari (very useful car to visit the surroundings). Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

The house was just as described in the description. The amenities are great and designed for many guests. There were more appliances in the kitchen than at our home😊. In the bedrooms are comfortable beds. There are TVs and air conditioners everywhere. The SPA area is exceptional with hot tub, sauna and steam room. The garden is very well maintained, fenced and not visible. Ideal for dog owners. We were on site in winter and were able to enjoy the nice weather on the loungers in the garden. There is good and safe parking for a large SUV in the yard. The beach is only a few footsteps away. Supermarkets are easily accessible on foot. Rezearta was an amazing host. She always communicated quickly and kindly. She gave us tips for excursions, restaurant and veterinarian. We will be happy to come back!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Well what to say. What a wonderful host, Michela was just perfect and so helpful. Her home we rented was just perfect. What a beautiful home and we would love to return there one day.
