In the house there is everything you need to eat, dishwasher, washing machine and clothesline. The sea view apartment offers beautiful sunsets and there is the possibility of walking there through the beautiful olive garden that surrounds the residence of the residence. There is also a beautiful swimming pool with a lifeguard always present! Quiet and beautiful place to enjoy a little well-deserved relaxation!! I highly recommend it with the hope of coming back soon!!!☀️

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with my family for a week. We were surprised by the first contact we had with the owner of the property always available and with clear directions. We felt really comfortable as if we were family,the area is quiet and overlooks a beautiful sea, parking is always available and there are many restaurants and many activities within walking distance. I can only recommend and congratulate Mattia and her father two great people and wish all the best. We will definitely be back

We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Really nice place in the heart of Diamante! Upon arrival we found the environment clean, tidy, and well-stocked. The location is perfect: you can easily reach every point of interest on foot. Fabrizio was very kind and always available. Highly recommended!

Vittoria's apartment is comfortable and very clean, cared for in every detail, nothing is left to chance and the feeling is that the host has put himself in the tourist's shoes wondering what he may need in every corner of the house. The care for our dog is also very welcome... they left us kennel, bowls, crossroads and tasty biscuits. The location is on the third floor so you have to bring suitcases for the stairs, but this is clearly indicated in the listing. I recommend everyone to stay at Victoria's.

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and nice. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

Very lovely place to stay. My children and I had a great stay and felt right at home. Beautiful beach steps away. There were beach towels, sun hats, beach toys and a beach bag! Stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Accommodation as described with a good value for money. We found the sea a little moved but the location is strategic and the sea/area itself is enchanting. Responsive and helpful host.

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Regards, Family König

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

Very large and spacious house, perfect for more than one family or group of friends in an elegant and quiet residence, with all the comforts. The swimming pool is beautiful and equipped and the restaurant makes a great pizza. All the friendly and friendly staff with various evening activities. Included is also 50% off the Odyssey 2000 water park, which is within walking distance. Comfortable and fun if you have kids or kids! Everything is very close: beach, restaurants and supermarket. From the very first we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Both Francesca and her mum could not have been more helpful from dealing with initial niggles ( our fault and misunderstanding) to providing advice and support throughout our stay. The apartment was wonderfully situated for the sea and for the climb to the Old Town. It is also only a short walk to the supermarket and numerous local shops. Cariati itself is a charming place which slowly seeps into you and leaves marvellous memories.

Fantastic experience. House beyond expectations... a villa in the quietest area of Praia a Mare and close to the most beautiful beaches... The house is beautiful. Very spacious, equipped with all the comforts. Very comfortable beds. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Very spacious bedrooms. Despite the period, the heat was not affected by the period because the house is very cool. Large living room with terrace with beautiful sea view. Parking lot in the cool. Large garden and plenty of relaxation space. Impeccable cleanliness. Great communication with Francesca and check-in that makes you feel right at home. I really recommend it to everyone. We loved our stay. Everything was well appointed and very clean. We come every year but our old apt is no longer being rented. We feel happy we found Rocvo's apt and we hope to return next year.

The host (who is actually Sonia and not Pasquale) was impeccable and helpful. The apartment is small but comfortable for three people. Unfortunately, the bathroom is not equipped with a bidet, an accessory that we are not used to giving up, while understanding that the space really did not allow it. Great cleanliness and quality of furnishings and amenities. The location is strategic halfway between the famous castle and the center of the village.

Place is very nice. The house is in front of the sea so it is in a perfect location for those who want a relaxing vacation. The walk is very nice, not far from restaurants, super nice. A few minutes away there is a larger village where you can find supermarkets,shops, bars, etc... Mrs. Angela is very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information for our stay.
