We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

Equipped with all sleeping essentials, with TV and air conditioning. The bedroom is a small size as shown in the listing (still suitable for two), but the bathroom is spacious and functional. Breakfast is very rich and is provided in a bar about 1 km from the accommodation. The welcome is made by Rosalia in person, with very flexible hours and with the utmost courtesy and accuracy.

We had a great time, we definitely recommend it.

You also have beautiful views. The only deduction point, the railway rail next door is on, otherwise everything is great!👍🏽
