First a super nice host who was right on site when you needed him The apartment is exactly as in the photos everything neat and super clean We felt right at home, a very nice apartment with its own terrace where you are also not disturbed and the children could also play a little louder without problems. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.

We loved our stay. Everything was well appointed and very clean. We come every year but our old apt is no longer being rented. We feel happy we found Rocvo's apt and we hope to return next year.

The house is beautiful, with a terrace to the sea, a cozy green courtyard and a balcony in front of each bedroom - integrated into a wonderful green environment (in May) We felt right at home. It was so great to have only short walks to the bar, the supermarket and the beach - that's just ideal! The apartments next to us were not occupied in May, we enjoyed the tranquility. Michaela is an exceptionally attentive host. She was always quick to reach and very friendly. We were in Calabria for the first time and had many questions. With Michaela's tips, it was an all-round successful vacation. There is a bus stop right at the bar, which can be used well for excursions. We felt completely comfortable. Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around the corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, sunbathing or the end of the evening. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. For us, Fabrizio Piccolo was the starting point for many entertaining activities (nearby: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the Archaeological Park; long distance: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, plenty of parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. The farewell, arranged in an uncomplicated way, was difficult for us.

Arriving at the Agriturismo ‘La Valle degli Olivi’ we were immediately impressed by the beauty and tranquility of the town and even though at first we had been a little perplexed by the distance from the sea, soon the perplexity gave way to pleasantness, peace and tranquility of the place. A place from which you can not only explore the coast of Maratea, but also make nice walking excursions nearby. The house is well cared for, with everything you need to stay comfortably. Maria is a guest who makes you feel authentically welcomed: it was a positive experience.

Magnificent views, peaceful surroundings, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, fabulous pool and deck area, great parking, strong wifi signal. Greeted by Vicky personally (always a nice touch), great communication, and very welcoming! We highly recommend...

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟
