Monthly Rentals in Private Island

Had a great stay, the apartment seemed new and modern with lots of space - very comfortable. The host was very detailed with instructions and quick to respond to any queries. It was nestled on a lovely marina with an infinity pool with sea pools, close to the Mall and fountain but avoiding the busy hustle and bustle. There is construction next door, however this was clearly communicated, made the apartment very reasonably priced and did not really disrupt our stay or sleep at all. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay at Deepak’s place, he was a great host and the apartment had all you needed when staying long or short term. I have no negative experience, all great, perfect. Thank you very much for being so helpful!!

Good stay. Apartment was clean with all we needed. Free parking was very comfortable because we have a car. Nice view from the balcony.

The Best Place I’ve Stayed in All of Dubai! I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s located in a super quiet and peaceful area, making it perfect for relaxation. The gym and pool are absolutely amazing — well-maintained, spacious, and never crowded. A special shoutout to Nader, who truly made my stay exceptional. He was always just a call away, ready to help with anything I needed, no matter the time. His kindness made me feel completely at home. Such a great guy and an even better experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back!
