Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

Short break to this accommodation with our daughter and her two sons aged 19 months and 6yrs They loved watching the trains at the back of the property. House walkable into town centre and used two of the takeaways which were good (Fortune Chinese and Capplemans fish and chips. Had a lovely day at Peasholm Park in Scarborough which was about 40 mins drive away. Would recommend this property

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Diane’s caravan was beautiful and clean. The bedding smelt lovely and we noticed this as soon as walked in to the bedrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan is only 20 minutes from the beach which we did a couple of times. We highly recommend and will hopefully return again. Thank you again for a relaxing break.

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Host was very informative with all the details needed to make it all stress-free , Would highly reccomend booking cottage. Thank you joanne for a lovely stay.

My son and two young children were very happy with the house and thoughtful touches provided by Carol( snacks and toothpaste etc..exactly what they forgot!)The children loved the layout of the bedrooms. The ambience was really homely and cosy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely adore Gill and Andy’s place. It just feels like home. Perfect location for us to visit friends, the pub. Nice walk to the cliffs where the views are stunning. Beautiful and clean and the private garden for the dogs is perfect. We’ve already booked for New Year

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

I was working away in North Yorkshire and normally stay in Scarborough, however came across this place and it was a bargain. It was perfect for what I needed, I was looking forward to using the extra facilities, however due to work commitments I didn't end up having the time. Hope next time I'm up this way if the place is available I will. I've already recommended the place to friends, family and work colleagues that might be staying up this way. The one and only thing that has no reflection on Andrea, is that I stayed in the off season so a lot of places were closed locally so if anyone happens to be doing the same, just be aware of that. Google told me that the takeaways (Slim Chickens etc) were open when they were and I spent a while trapped driving around until I found a security guard on the Haven site, but again that's no reflection on the accommodation or Andrea. I hope any future visitors have the same experience or better as it was a lovely little bargain spot.

It was a lovely stay. Beautiful site with a lovely long walk to the beach. I booked this place because it is right near Bempton cliff, which is absolutely stunning! The holiday home was clean, cosy and a good size. The only downside we experienced was the on site pub, where the food wasn't great. but over all I Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely place for families. Peaceful and relaxed holiday. Walks on the beach and free access to the pool helped on rainy days. Waterpark at Scarborough was great. On-site shop was useful. Nearest EV fast charger is a Scarborough mc donalds. Filey was nice to explore. The on-site pub was very understaffed, I really felt for the staff,patrons were walking out.

Emma's Airbnb was fantastic. My friends and I loved staying in this cozy space for the weekend at Scarborough and wouldn't mind coming back for our next visit. The stay is in a lovely area quite close to the station and corner stores for things that you might need. We also really appreciated the welcome that Emma had given us to the Airbnb. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to Scarborough!

Irenes place is great plenty of outside space for summer months and because of its position very private and tucked away! Love the little snug for reading😀

Fantastic and extremely clean stay! Lynne greeted us on arrival and made us feel right at home. A very detailed instruction pack was provided which made it easy to know how to use the various appliances in the kitchen and rooms. The location is so peaceful and feels very secure, and the accommodation itself was so cosy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for any future stays!

We had a great stay at this property. It was beautifully furnished and having the chance to relax in the hot tub each evening was a real luxury. We enjoyed days out to local beaches as well as to Hull all of which were within 25 minutes drive.

A great couple of nights in this lovely house. Super easy check-in, immaculately clean and just as described. Very easy to find with a small, convenient Tesco shop very close by. I had a couple of questions and Sarah responded almost immediately. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you.

We had a great couple of nights in Lindsey's cottage. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are really steep. We had everything we needed. There's a lovely walk from the door through the fields to the beach (about 15 mins) or you can walk down the road through the holiday park to the beach (about 10 mins). The pub next door was handy and there is a games room that the kids enjoyed. There are no shops within walking distance apart from a farm on the way in which has a vending machine where you can buy meat, milk and eggs so bring supplies with you. Easy 10 minute drive into Bridlington. Very dog friendly with nice garden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. Belinda’s chalet is spotlessly clean, with lovely attention to detail in terms of decor/accessories. It is also in an excellent location, close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk along the prom into Bridlington. A cosy base for our mini break I can thoroughly recommend it!

Absolutely loved our stay, very comfortable and local to what we wanted. Would definitely stay again😊
