Our beautiful family cottage is located at The Bay Holiday Village, Filey. The cottage is spacious inside and out with plenty of south facing garden area for BBQ's and relaxation. Our 3 boys love to play in the space behind the cottage and on the beach. Miles of quiet golden sandy beaches a short walk away. Sister property to Sandy Toes, also located on the Bay, a short walk away and sleeping 5.

Loved the dining area spent most of our time in their eating and playing games with our family and drinking in moderation. Bedrooms were excellent and plenty of bathroom and shower for the family. Area was excellent and everything close by such as supermarket pubs and beach. Train station as went to Scarborough. Overall would stay at these facilities again.

The house is perfectly placed down a quiet street but only a few minutes to the local pubs and restaurants and the beach. The house is very comfortable with lots of room and all you need for a break. Sarah was extremely responsive and friendly and gave us tons of information and recommendations about the surrounding area. The family gad a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Wow! What an amazing place this is. Just as seen on the pictures. Beautifully furnished, the hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is right on the beach with access to Filey and other places only a short drive away. Vanda is a great host. She was really flexible with our requests for extra time to check out and responds quickly. We will be back!

beautiful place! spent a few nights here, felt right at home in the cozy living room and the spacious kitchen was a really nice change of pace from what I'm used to. felt very safe walking round the area too - great location, super convenient and aesthetically pleasing. hall & landing lights are quite dim as mentioned in another review, but not a huge issue if you have a phone flashlight. beds were comfortable and bedrooms themselves very spacious but didn't feel barren. lots of friendly neighbourhood cats dropping daily visits helped to ease the homesick a little of missing my own :) can easily recommend this stay! one thing to bare in mind is stairs up to 3rd floor bedrooms are quite steep and narrow with a fairly low bannister, to be expected from house of this style & age but as there is very little space outside bedroom doors these could be problematic for those with mobility/coordination issues - we didn't have any issues ourselves, but may not be super accessible to everyone.

Fab weekend with family celebrating our mam/Gran's 70th birthday. Having two separate (but joined) apartments was great, the kids had their own space away from the adults. Beds all very comfy, kitchen well equipped. Short walk to the sea front for a run on Saturday morning then a group dog walk in the afternoon. Highly recommend Carol's Plaice for fish and chips, reasonably priced and great value! Mark was very helpful and communicative, even let us check out a little later on the Sunday, which we were very grateful for! Great host, lovely house, would defo book again!
