Family-friendly vacation rentals in Primošten

The house is very nice, only 20 minutes from the city center by foot. Pava is very friendly. We had a very nice time.

Ivana and Mario’s place was just perfect! We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the balcony and hot tub at the end of the day. We did have a car, so close enough to all of Split’s activities. The hosts were always available and responsive to questions and our needs. Thanks you!

Slavica was extremely nice and would reply quickly to messages, we wanted to check in early so she set that up for us. everything was clean when we arriver and was exactly how the pictures were. slavica was helpful & her place felt like home. 10/10 would recommend. everything was also so close by maximum 20 mins walk.

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Tonci's place is a dream! Secluded in a bay, away from crowds and hustle and bustle. The only thing you hear is the music of the nightingales, dwarf owls and crickets. In 3 minutes you walk down to the beach, whose water is so clear that you can discover many fish and crabs. We were often the only people on this beach. The house is simple,but has everything you need, is also very clean and the beds very comfortable. The view is priceless!! Here you can really relax and slow down. The host is very nice and also helped us find the way to the house. The road to the house is a bit bumpy and narrow, but doable and well worth it! It's the way to little paradise 😁 We will be happy to come back and recommend Tonic's accommodation 100 percent!Island of Solta is a dream and the cottage made our stay perfect! Convenient location in cute village; nice location on the beach; well working AC; simple, clean and well decorated spacious apartment. We were only two, but the two bedrooms make it possible for four (or 4+1) guest to stay comfortably. Very friendly and responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

We had an amazing stay at Lidija’s apartment! It was very clean and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the old town with lovely restaurants and cafes. The private parking was an added convenience. Lidija met us at the entrance to the little alleyway and helped us to park and gave us recommendations so we could make the most of our stay. We will definitely book with Lidija again in the future

We are honored to have you stay in the most beautiful and perfect house in Split. There are a lot of mosquitoes, which is the only downside. If you install a mosquito net, it will be the best place to stay. The mosquitoes didn't have much power, but I was distressed because I was bitten by more than 10 rooms. The house itself is so comfortable and nice.

Staying at Vlado’s place was amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located just a short walk from the sea. Vlado was a very pleasant and friendly host, giving us plenty of useful tips on restaurants and trips. His parents took great care of the apartment, and everything worked flawlessly thanks to them.

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

We, a family of seven, stayed in this fantastic house for ten days. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and felt very comfortable right away. The two apartments we rented are very modern, chic and in extraordinarily good condition. The equipment is very good and hospitable. We didn't miss anything. What initially irritated us a little was that the two apartments have no connection with each other. We didn't have that on the screen, but found a good solution for us. The location is great, you are quickly in Split or in Trogir and everything you need is reachable in 5-10 minutes by car. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance. The sea and a very good and cheap bakery are right outside the door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the heated pool. We absolutely recommend the place and would book again right away.

Davor & Josipa were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The villa is everything we hoped it would be - stylish, clean, spacious and better than the pics! It is 5 minutes from the beach and the pool and hot tub were incredible. Our hosts provided a cot and highchair for us, also drove us to the supermarket and were always responsive for advice or recommendations! We can't thank them enough.

Darko was a great host, left us to our own devices and was helpful when we needed anything. Even cleaned the pool area each morning for us. Villa was very nice, it was a bit out the way for us but we were a group of 7 lads that went out most nights. Would be perfect for a family or a group looking to relax.

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

It was super nice. Everything was impeccable. There is a freely accessible beach nearby, which can be easily reached on foot. There is also a restaurant which is also nearby, which is great. The accommodation itself is clean and everything is well prepared in the apartment. So that there were actually no questions. Jagoda is very kind and open. She keeps asking if everything is good. In my opinion, this makes her a good host. Definitely worth a recommendation.
