Nikolaus and his family were very awesome and helpful. We fully enjoyed beautiful house and been welcomed during stay. Also we could get a chance riding a little pony. It was a great experience for our children. once again thanks for their hospitality. Highly recommend for big family.

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

Very modern and equipped with everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is also really nice and clean, only a little cooler at night, but the thick bedding compensates for this. We'll be happy to come back, thank you! 😊

I wanted an inspiring atmosphere--and the apartment provided it! First off: the view of the mountains was just like in the pictures. It was what I wanted and needed! With sunrise view and alpine glow in the afternoons. The care that was taken in the furnishings showed. Everything matched the same level of care and quality. Everything needed was supplied. The host couldn't have been more friendly and proactive in helping. The apartment was a tad expensive, in my view, but there's been a lot of inflation lately. In any event, it delivered what it advertised and what I expected, so it was well worth the price. It was by far my best AirBnB experience to date!

We felt very comfortable in Franz's place. Franz is very helpful and communication was always quite prompt and hassle-free. The apartment is a little spartan in terms of kitchen utensils, but everything is very clean and everything important is available. The house is nicely located in the village surrounded by a nice mountain panorama, nearby is directly a mountain stream. The garden can also be used and is nicely maintained. Please note that in the apartment, the bedroom on the first floor can be reached via an open spiral staircase. This means that there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom - which was no problem for us. We would definitely recommend this place!

Severin’s apartment is very spacious and more than enough space for the three of us. The living room and main bedroom can be filled with outside light if wanted. The kitchen can be used for preparing your meals, but on the other hand, there are so many great dining choices around the neighborhood. The location is ideal and the building is filled with character. Just steps to the Alter Markt and Mozart’s birthplace. It is a prime area for shopping and dining. With in a very few minutes walk, you have a choice of bus stops, wine bars, cafes and groceries. This location makes for a completely walkable stay. The “New” Town is easily accessed by foot via nearby bridges. We can’t say enough about Severn’s communication. He responds quickly, clearly and in a kind and patient manner. He does what he can to resolve any type of issue or confusion, so that your stay goes as smoothly as possible. You won’t be disappointed!

It was a dream to be in. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers for skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for lounging with 5 people. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thanks for everything!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

What can we say! I don’t think words do justice on how well we were treated throughout our stay. We had problems with the airline losing our luggage - but we were put at ease by Nicola and Wuk who took time out to drive us around for shopping and the pharmacy - and Nicola even offering us her train tickets ! The highlight was Oktoberfest - Wuk lent me his lederhosen complete with shirt, socks and cardigan! My friends were astonished 😊. The Airbnb was very comfortable, self contained with a lovely garden view. We were made to feel very much at home and would highly recommend this place to all! PS the luggage finally arrived one day before we left!

I finally took the time to write a review for this great place, it's in the basement, but it didn't feel at all, there was a lot of light and a very nice scent, for that - a separate thank you! we lived in there on Christmas eve and we had a great time in this cozy room. We are grateful for the host's care. And I want to recommend this place , and I would like to return there again)) There were all the amenities, silence, it was very very clean, and very warm and cozy, the house is heated floor and it turned out to be so comfortable! The bed linen was new, clean, pleasant, all the furniture and trinkets of the interior made us happy , we appreciate the coziness and in this place we received it 100%. Our Christmas vacation turned out great because Salzburg and the surrounding area is a fairytale and our place turned out to be a great component in this unforgettable trip! We are very grateful to the host for their efforts!!!

We had a wonderful week staying at Bettina's place! She was right across the way and available if we needed anything. She came over to chat with us one of our first nights and then came over to say goodbye when we left. She is a sweet and lovely lady! The kitchen is well stocked and very nice induction stove. The apartment fit our needs perfectly.

Just in advance, the apartment is a 10/10. Everything is new and modernly furnished and very clean. There is everything you need in terms of amenities. Quietly located, yet shopping is within easy reach. The icing on the cake was the hot tub on the terrace. Leopold is a very friendly and helpful host. We'll happily come back anytime.

We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

The place was even nicer than the pictures. Kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. The bathroom looks like new and was also super clean. The hot tub is perfectly heated at 38 degrees and there is nothing missing in this property. We will be happy to come back!
