Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Toni was very helpful and friendly. We were 10 there. The place is 15 minutes from Zadar - Uber come (98% of cases). Otherwise there is practically nothing in the village, but perfect for days by the beautiful pool! We had a great time!

Petra was a fantastic host, she was available at all times. The place is exactly as described, it was very clean and the garden is fantastic. Upon our arrival, Petra was already on site and showed us everything. She even shopped for the first day and there was bread, drinks and a sausage and cheese platter. By arrangement with us, Petra and her husband came every 4 days and cleaned the garden and pool/hot tub. They were very quick and you could hardly notice that they were there. It was a great vacation and we highly recommend Petra and her property.

We are a family with two children for 10 years stayed at Tomislava's place for a week. It was an incredible experience. The apartment is comfortable, beautiful, equipped with the necessary appliances (including a dishwasher), comfortable furniture, a large balcony where you can spend time luxuriously, the children did not leave it. To the beach, 5 minutes walk, it is divided into shallow with sandy entrance - for small children, and to the beach with pebbles deeper for adults. Every morning in the small bazaar by the sea you can buy fresh fish and grill it in the barbecue area on the territory of residence in Tomislava. Separately, I want to thank the host Tomislav for her responsiveness and attention, a very pleasant and friendly person.

The accommodation is located in a nice, quiet area with a small supermarket and some bars within walking distance. Outside the house begins the pedestrian street that leads to the historic center, reachable in a halfhour on foot; the street is characterized by numerous beautiful coves. The location of the house was ideal for us because it was quiet and good as a location. Danijel and his wife are very available for communication, reserved and non-intrusive. The studio is small but has everything you need and is very comfortable and comfortable. Equipped kitchen and bathroom and everything perfectly clean and tidy! Thank you Danijel!

This accommodation is absolutely great 😊. Everything is as it is written in the ad. The accommodation is in a beautiful location, 200 m from the beach 🌊. The accommodation is in a large family house, there is free parking and great peace. It was quiet at night and slept well. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook here. There are glasses, mugs, plates and bowls, cutlery and cooking pots. There is a water kettle, coffee machine and coffee machine capsules ☕️. A small fridge that can fit a lot of things. There is also a washing machine where you can wash clothes. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. A small terrace belongs to the small apartment where you can sit and have a meal. Communication with the Tomislav was 100%. We are delighted with the accommodation and recommend 10/10. Thank you for Everything. 🐚☀️

Great place, located just next to the promenade, with many restaurants and coffee bars around, easy to find... Check in instructions were smooth, and we've had clear instructions for the parking (which is about 10 minutes walking distance) and also places to eat... Highly recommended for other guests, very friendly hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Mislav's house. The welcome was warm, and the house was even better than we expected: comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. Mislav was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. He also organized our boat trip with great care, which made the experience even better. Additionally, his recommendation for buying local olive oil was excellent. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the region. We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

Beautiful house, amazing interior with great design. Kitchen is perfect and well equipped. I loved the high ceiling and the pool. Pool area is nicely separated from the rest of the property and quite private. The host were super nice, gave us some local recommendations and a bottle of wine. The road near the house can be quite busy sometimes but it didn’t bother us at all.

10/10 - the house is great for a family. The amenities were above average and we didn't have to worry about anything. Also upon request that we needed new bedding, they responded quickly and brought us new laundry. The location is great and quiet with a direct view on the sea. You can park right in front of the property and check-in was straightforward.

We had an excellent stay. Rade met us at the house and gave us a very thorough check in and also came to the house for our check out. He also made some great local recommendations and provided us with a very nice bottle of local wine and a corkscrew! Much appreciated. During our stay, he was very responsive when we had any issues. The only slight downside was that it was about 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area and the majority of the restaurants. However, there were a few restaurant choices within 10 minutes walk of the house. I would still highly recommend this house.

We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

Agree with all the other reviewers. This is a lovely older townhouse with two bedrooms upstairs. Toilet is downstairs. I absolutely loved sitting outside in the peaceful garden, but the mosquitoes are really bad, maybe just the time of the year. The house is spacious and its a very short walk to the shopping centre and 10 mins to old town. Ivana was very responsive and helpful. The only negative is that the shower is a small bathtub with shower curtain so the space is a bit small, but probably we're just not used to that style. Overall this is a great place to stay, no noise despite being so close to everything.

We had an incredible stay at Goran's place. 😎 Goran is super kind and helpful, with a great personality. The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a larger group of friends. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the house. A big highlight of our trip was getting to use Goran's brand new SUPs, which definitely added an extra layer of fun to our trip. 🏄🏽‍♀️ We highly recommend this place to anyone. 🫶🏼

Whoever wants to have a good place to stay to explore Zadar and the surrounding area is very well taken care of here. The apartment is great, Iva super friendly and helpful. Overall, it's just very pleasant. Would choose the place again every time!

We were allowed to spend 16 days at this accommodation with our 2 dogs and it was wonderful. The area is very quiet and the garden is wonderful. If you have reactive dogs, this could be a problem, as cats are permanent guests outside. Our dogs were able to make friends with the cats and then chilled together on the terrace. Tennis and botcha matches were fun 😎 For questions, the landlord couple was always responsive and, despite our language barrier (no German or English from the landlord, no Croatian on our part), was able to clarify all questions! We would have liked a vacuum cleaner, but with what the place entails, the howling is at a high level. 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to dog beach, 15 minutes radius several different shops and 25 minutes to Zadar and then this tranquility on the premises We thank you for this stay and can highly recommend it. it was fantastic
