We had a lovely three weeks staying in Elvio's which was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Thank you so much, Elvio.

We spent 20 days there and everything was perfect from start to finish. Maria and her husband were very helpful, generous with their advice, fruits from their vegetable garden and even cake:) We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the large vegetable garden and sublime sunsets. Everything inspires the calm and sweetness of life. Only happiness:) The location is really perfect: very beautiful beaches and hikes a short distance away and the small village of Arco de Calheta nearby is super pretty, We had the pleasure of attending a beautiful and friendly village party! Thanks for everything:)

We had a wonderful holiday in this spacious house that exactly matches the description. We loved the view, the many nice seating and also retreats. Whether for hiking or swimming, there is so much to discover! Marisela is as reliable as it is friendly and therefore a great "local host". Thank you!

This was a great stay! The apartment is exactly as advertised, and large and spacious. The location was great for everything we needed- easily commuting to hiking and Funchal proper, as well a lovely promenade, great restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Diana is one of the most receptive and responsive hosts we have encountered.

The apartment and the view are much nicer in real than the pictures. Very cozy apartment and the hosts are very likeable. We recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a breathtaking view and picturesque sunsets. In addition, the communication was friendly and we quickly felt at home. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom as well.

Absolutely fantastic place! The view was amazing, photos couldn’t do it justice. Kevin was also very helpful and quick to respond. We are already planning when we can come back :)

The apartment was very nicely situated with walking distance to old town and all the shopping. The view from the balcony was stunning. Everything you needed in the apartment was there. Only thing was the parking, there are good parking houses very close to the apartment. It would have been good if we were informed about that as we were circling around for quite some time trying to find parking on the narrow streets. Can really recommend this apartment!

The place is superb located. It offers a lot of space and fantastic view. There is a roof-tarace available. Corina is super responsive and helped us with a lot of things (renting a car, taxi reservation etc). Highly recommended.

Such an amazing Airbnb, it was perfect, exactly like the photos, perfect location, sunset was amazing, host was lovely, could not have asked for anything better!
