Great location overlooking the Barra Norte and the Giant Wheel. Condominio with various amenities. Pharmacies, Markets and Restaurants in the region on short walks. Shopping mall on long walks (30 minutes), which eliminates the need to use vehicles. The Apartment and condominium has everything necessary for a very satisfactory accommodation.

The flat is comfortable, airy and well located. We found everything organized and clean upon arrival. Attention is only needed with children as the windows are not very tall and there are no screens. Daniel and Mariana are excellent hosts. They were always available and gave us clear instructions before and during the stay.

I, husband and 02 children (a child and a teenager) were very pleased to host us in the studio south coast of João. An extremely cozy apartment and perfectly capable of accommodating us. Its location is perfect, close to everything (restaurants, beach, pharmacy, markets). The building has a very nice infrastructure, with indoor pool and jacuzzi. The apartment has the necessary utensils, but would suggest another pan and a non-stick frying pan. It has a 1 mouth stove that served us, but if it had 02 mouths it would be better. There is no oven and coffee machine. There is a electric kettle. In addition, I love the experience, recommend it to everyone and I will return for sure.

Great location, very close to Beto Carrero, close to Armação beach and the other beaches of the region are easy to access. The city seems to have few night options, such as bars and restaurants, we find no options on social media or even running the city. The apartment is very cozy, clean and organized.
