Mr. Reinaldo answered and helped us whenever he needed it, we need to go to the hospital in the new year and he directed us to the best place to go. Accommodation consistent with the photos, very nice to wake up to the noise of the birds too. Very good location, with several markets close and right off the beach of Barra, and the bus stops.

The apartment is exactly as advertised, matches the photos. Everything impeccable, a perfect whim. Everything was ready to receive us, thinking of every detail, including us who have a child, she left everything perfect. We felt very welcome. She's a sweetheart. We definitely recommend the apartment.

Adriana welcomed us very well and was very quick in the requests we had. The time turned and soon she brought more covers for us, it was also very attentive with the details of the house and entry and exit. Airbnb is on a calm street and a quiet beach. The neighborhood is great, with several shops and restaurants.

Wonderful, literally standing on the sand. Nicolau and his wife were very attentive at all times, we felt welcomed. Note that they take care of everything thoroughly, had a surprise in the fridge and water to receive us, details that make a difference, especially for those arriving from a long journey. The site is amazing, well clean and in the best view. The apartment had everything we needed, utensils, bed, table and bath. We'll definitely be back on the next vacation!

Great apartment , close to the beach and many nearby trades!!!!

We stayed almost 6 days in the apartment and we felt right at home. The location is spectacular as it is accessible to both shopping centers and different beaches. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It has a spectacular view. Israel was very friendly and gave us all the directions to make our stay easy.

The host went out of his way to get us a great place to park my truck, which is quite large. The furniture in the accommodation is of excellent quality. The armchair made you not want to get up because of its great comfort, and the space is used to the fullest. Honestly, it was one of the best vacations of our lives.

In our case, we stayed in a fully equipped, tidy and clean apartment. A location that you can walk to an excellent beach. And we were lucky enough to meet Neli who is the person who welcomes you and gives you the keys which lives next door, answered doubts and advised places, the truth is excellent person. We had a nice memory of the place and its hosts. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Hostess and her husband are very receptive and caring. The residence is very cozy, with everything that is enough for a good stay. Around 500m away from the sea, very quiet place. Close to several attractions: 10 minutes from Ponta do Papagaio; 15 minutes from Guarda do Embaú, also from the beach above; 1 hour from Floripa. I will definitely come back again, probably in the summer to better enjoy the beaches lol I recommend, note 10!

the stay was perfect, everything clean, organized, and beautiful equal in the photos, and most importantly we were given the bathroom to take a bath after the stay, before returning home, this was the icing on the cake, we will definitely go back and indicate.

We had a very good experience in the apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment was impeccable, very well decorated and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The host was super attentive and available, making sure everything was in order. The bed was super comfortable and the cleaning was up to date. However, the apartment's acoustics left something to be desired. During the stay, I could clearly hear the sound of high heels on the upper floor, which ended up being a little uncomfortable at times. This is something to consider if you are a light sleeper or looking for a quieter environment. Overall, I still recommend the place, as the rest of the experience was excellent!

Local is the same as the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and clean , very smelling, check in and check out without bureaucracy, good location, shops, markets, bars and pharmacies very close by! Host Eduardo very polite and answers all questions quickly! My husband and I love our stay , we'll be back more often for sure!”

This apartment is the same as the pictures. Camila and Ely are great hosts, communicate very well and solved an issue with the jacuzzi as quickly as possible. Camila accommodated my family check in and check out making their time in Florianopolis even more relaxing. I really appreciated the flexibility. I’d definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

Wonderful experience! The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and is even better in person! The Jacuzzi and the grill with a view were the great highlight, we spent incredible moments there. All very clean, well maintained and with complete structure. The location is great and the host was super attentive throughout the stay. I recommend too much and I want to come back!

The place is simply expetacular, we spent a very pleasant week, with a lot of weather variation (sun, heat, rain, cold, full moon), being able to wake up seeing the dawn and the sunrise lying on the bed, listening to the noise of the sea, opening the wide doors/windows and feeling the wind, seeing the rain flowing through the windows, seeing the moon rise from the bathtub simply unforgettable. The region is very poor for those who want to make their own food, tvz because we had gone out of season, glad we took everything in abundance. The beach of Barra do Ibiraquera is fantastic, almost deserted, very cold water, wide, flat and hard sand perfect for hiking/racing, the Ribanceira Dunas need to be explored, it had rained the night before and the harness was not so cute was fantastic, the coast/trail of Ponta da Ribanceira is very beautiful, everything very close and the week that could seem monotonous became short... we will have to return soon.

Excellence in decoration, hygiene, conservation; combines with the differentiated neighborhood and the beautiful accessible beaches with two minutes of quiet walk. It is also worth mentioning the tranquility and safety of the surroundings. Wealth experience and safety successfully achieved.

The hosting was just amazing! We already lived on the island and decided to take a weekend to rest and celebrate a special date — and it was the best choice. Vanessa was an excellent host from the first contact. She also helped me with the decoration of the apartment, a service she offers apart for special occasions, and everything was beautiful. Vanessa e João are extremely kind and attentive. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing — in fact, it's even better! The view is breathtaking. They still picked us up from Batera (boat) at check-in and also took us out at checkout, which made all the difference. The location is excellent: only 8 minutes to Praia da Barra, Prainha and the natural pools. It was a perfect weekend — we'll definitely be back!
