It was wonderful to stay with Kathyane since the first contact at the time of booking, was very kind and flexible at check-in and check-out, also very understanding and helpful with an unforeseen event that happened to me in the city. The apartment then wonderful exactly as it shows in the pictures everything clean and smelling without words to describe the organization. Congratulations Kathyane who can remain so organized and helpful and who can host guests who can always take care of your place.

The apartment accommodates two people well, is well equipped with utensils and household appliances, has 2 TVs, large mirrors and offers bed and bath linens. The location is great. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, drugstore, supermarket and to the Crafts Feirinha. I was pleased!

The apartment is extremely comfortable, and very large, I think that no one regrets a location like this, everyone very polite, I have nothing to complain about, I have a lot to thank.

Well located apartment with a beautiful beach view and the giant chair, very well organized and clean, easy access garage, next to the market and restaurants, host Laura was very attentive to our requests, had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The House is exactly what it appears in the photos , large kitchen, rooms with air, clean pool, good for children, it is inside a condominium. It is not seaside, but by car it is 7 min. from Frances beach which is a beautiful beach, and further ahead other wonderful beaches. We know several beaches. In the neighborhood there is a grocery store and grocery . Host was requested , responded quickly , whenever we need it. We loved the stay.

Attentive Host. Property well located, easy access, in a quiet place, great for family. Next to Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel and Maceió. An excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Maceió but be very close. I will certainly return! I recommend it.

The house has a great location, with excellent bars to enjoy the night, comfortable accommodations, delivers everything that is advertised, and the differential is the hospitality and welcome of Mr. Hélio, always helpful, feel at home.

I would go back, everything was beautiful. Excellent location, close to the avenue where the beaches and bars are, also close to supermarkets, and everything. Large, comfortable, clean. The only "uncomfortable" thing is the kitchen is so small

Clean and well organized place, it has furniture and appliances and even a washing machine, there was only one microwave but as it had a very good electric oven it was great, air conditioning in the room and a very spacious place to stay, but the best of all is that it is in the best place because it is close to a market,laundry, pharmacy, beautiful restaurants and at the perfect point to find the travel cars to the beaches. For me it was a great business. Congratulations to the Ranulfo Owner that we received very well and even willing to help buy the gallon of water

A beautiful home to stay in. Location was great and felt very comfortable and safe. Wouldn’t want any other home in Maceió. Favourite parts of the home was the bathroom and the balcony. Interior design is gorgeous and tidy. I hope to return, Thank you!

The stay at Ediane's apartment was excellent! Maceió is beautiful and peaceful. The streets are not dangerous and it is possible to walk from the building to the edge of the beaches, restaurants, pharmacies, markets, etc. It was a great experience, I recommend

Our hosting was perfect. When we arrived Mirella had the care and kindness to provide us with coffee powder, biscuit, sugar, banana and water. It has everything we need from kitchen utensils. The decor and plants give a charm and make the atmosphere even more welcoming. Mirella is a charm of person, much requests, responded promptly and always concerned about our comfort. The building is very safe and with polite and attentive collaborators. Has everything close by and we don't feel the need for a car. Lie on the hammock and just enjoy the sea breeze, or sit in the chair to read a book, have breakfast enjoying the family and the view were some of the many special moments we had. We left, but already in the mood to return.

The apartment is very comfortable, it does not have air in the room but Enio I give us a fan and everything resolved! Very clean, tidy and in a privileged area! We didn't know anything but then we knew that we had chosen the best area to our understanding. Enio super friendly was always quick to respond and help us.
