Gostei mt of my stay in Maceió, I loved having stayed in the apartment of Juliana. Attentive Juliana mt, and was flexible in relation to check-in and check-out. Apto very well located, is close to everything, especially to the beach that was the most liked.

I'll start where it usually ends. We would return to stay again and again. Fantastic location, well-functioning apartment, everything as is described in the listing. We had three caveats, but it goes a lot of profile, some may love what for us was not as good as everything else: 1 - the double bed, the mattress is very hard and makes a lot of noise at all. 2 - the curtains on the bedroom windows do not block the sun lights and we can only sleep well without clarity or very low. 3 - as we went with a child, the lack of a TV with internet made it a little difficult, but there is information in the listing that there is no internet, so we knew. I even tried to route it from my phone, but it was unsuccessful. So it serves as a tip, whoever goes with a child, take some favorite drawings on a thumb drive. Excluding these caveats, all perfectly met for us.

The home corresponds exactly to the one listed, and the host responds quickly. The kindness of the employees is another important point and the check in was super fast. The furniture is new and the place cozy. It is a great option to stay in Arapiraca.

Hey We rented for 04 days and it was wonderful. Excellent location. Very clean apto, all organized and well aired. There is only thing that could improve is regarding the door shutter of the room, to have a little more privacy and even those who go to sleep in the living room. What a wonderful shower! kkk Victor, always very helpful, promptly answering our questions and passing various tour tips. Always very polite, kind and helpful. It has bakery, markets, pharmacies, varied shops, restaurants, gas station, ice cream and the main one block from the Belíssima Orla and the beach. Porteiros always helpful and polite. We'll always come back!

Apartment as in the description, very well located. In front of the best point of Pajuçara, in my understanding. There is a playground for children in the parking lot and on the beach almost across the street. Supermarket on the back street, pharmacy next door. You served our family very well

Umbu House is a true museum with pieces by various artists from Iron Island! Very beautiful, well planned and decorated! I went with my wife and stayed in the suite upstairs overlooking the São Francisco River, a spectacle. It is very worth it for those who go with a larger group, as there are 3 suites in the house, in addition to a terrace with barbecue. tip: stay at least 3 nights to enjoy Iron Island and its residents

Priscilla served us very well, before- during and after the accommodation. The house is great! The leisure space, the kitchen, the bedrooms… family size:) the only thing that needs attention is the staircase to access the first floor, it has small steps and is not recommended for elderly women and unaccompanied children. But we saw a construction of a new staircase, hope it's Poq the house is wonderful and we plan to come back.

everything was ok with the lease I entered the apartment at 11:00 p.m. and left around 11:00 a.m. the other day after breakfast, when I went out I communicated with the owner and informed me that I had left leftover food because there was an immoreview. I had to go back quickly to maceio, there was cheese bread a few beers at last, he did not agree and said that he would have an extra charge of 100 reais for having left the foods I questioned about the cleaning fee included in the location he did not accept and press the charge for not agreeing, I did not make the payment
