Wonderful stay!! Excellent house, close to the lagoon and the river!! We found everything clean and organized!! We need to call Claudio once because of the gate and he solved it very quickly!! Cláudio is a person of good, always responds quickly and proved very helpful!! We will definitely come back at a next opportunity!!

Nice place, we stayed one night with my partner and our dog. We were welcome, we were able to leave the car in the garage inentro. The house is very comfortable, with beds armed with savannahs. They have a private rooftop with barbecue and a nice view of the lagoon. We went to eat at a family restaurant that is a couple of blocks away and this is a practice. The only thing I would comment in case they were with a dog, keep in mind that it is located near the lagoon, but in the neighborhood there may be some dog that is loose on the street, just to be attentive. I would come back again by alli.

Great space, it was perfect for us (couple and a small pet). All exactly as in the pictures, clean, organized, space with a beautiful green area. Super flexible Checkin, we were half a week, as well as very quiet and flexible checkout tb. One block from the beach, SESC station and other services such as restaurants, convenience and bike rentals. The house is complete, it has everything from chairs and thermal box to anyone who needs it. Quiet location at night we enjoyed and made a barbecue. Highly recommended, you can go without fear. And we would definitely come back.
