Baita Rosi is a beautiful, cozy cottage with stunning views that will guarantee the highest privacy and comfort if you are not dependent on the internet and frequent trips by car from the cottage. Hosts are exceptionally accommodating and kind, and Rosangela responds promptly, promptly, and flexibly to all questions. Also our language barrier was not an issue. The last stretch of the road to the cottage( about 500m) was a bit of a challenge for our 5 M long car and a cautious nature, but we finally managed it with Dante's instructions. :-)Thank you.❤️

Eva was a great host and her place was spacious and lovely to stay at. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Eva herself was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The house is very comfortable for 4 people, and would recommend this for a nature family getaway. It’s very close to Paspardo and has a lot of hiking trails around. You will need a car to get around as public transportation isn’t widely available in the area, and there’s a large private parking spot with the house. We stayed during the winter and the heating was excellent. Eva takes great care of her place and her guests as well, and I would love to stay here again in the summer to continue exploring the area. It is a 2-hour drive from Milan and a 3-hour drive from Venice so we were able to explore some of the cities as well. Everything was as described and I had a lovely stay.

I must start saying that I want to live there. The hosts are amazing, very responsive, her husband Walter so nice and gave us some suggestions where to go and where to eat. Really a good heart man. He came to house to receive my husband and I. It’s an amazing apartment, surrounded by mountains, quiet please, with everything we need, cutlery, pans, TV, nice bed and linen. The place is so clean, cozy and neat. There is a cafe just down the building and in just 30 min we could go to a city called Aprica which has ski lessons and also beautiful city. Seriously, the apartment and neighborhood are amazing, breathtaking views. The apartment has a huge balcony where you can sit for a hot chocolate and appreciate the view of the mountains. So, if you love to be surrounded by mountains, a place to feel home, for sure You must stay at their place. Thank you so much Mariuccia and Walter for making our stay impeccable and feel home. For sure I will come back. ☺️

The apartment was cozy and clean. My family felt right at home. The location is perfect : you can walk down to the city center or visit other towns nearby that are just short distance away by car. It’s also conveniently located 20/30min away from ski resorts. Mariateresa was a perfect host, super friendly and responsive. Will definitely book this one for future trips in this region.
