Monthly Rentals in Prachuap Khiri Khan

We loved our stay! Noon and Richard are incredibly kind people who made us feel at home right away. Everything was perfect. We even ended up staying 10 days instead of 5! The house is located on their farm and has everything you need: your own private terrace, an outdoor kitchen and big living area. We especially enjoyed having a kitchen since we have been traveling for already a couple of months and missed preparing our own food. Moreover, you can also eat some delicious meals prepared by Noon on the little farm bistro if you want. Bear in mind that the farm is located a bit outside the city so you definitely need a scooter or car to get around. But when you do, everything (shops/restaurants and beaches) is quite close. We loved spending some time on the countryside and not in a busy city. We rented a scooter in town at the beginning and then rented one from our hosts. PS: it’s a farm with chicken roaming around but that’s something we found very charming. It didn’t bother us.

Had a great stay at Dereks . Let me check in a little early which was really helpful. Check in was ez . The place is really comfortable. It was super clean . The view from the unit is nice. Sunrise over the ocean. and sun set over the mountains . Pool and fitness good. . There's a 711 and a few small restos with in walking distance. It would be beneficial to have transportation to get into Hua Hin . Over all great stay. Plan on staying again

This is well a thought out vacation home, very comfortable and functional. We loved our stay here. The pool is amazing and just steps away. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good pressure and the WiFi worked great. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The house is very clean and quiet. The landlord takes care of it very well. Close to the market, close to 7-Eleven, close to the beach, a short drive to everywhere. Very convenient. If you visit Prachuap again, I will definitely come back to stay here.
