This place is perfect for peace and quiet. Alessandro and his family were always available for any questions and very kind. The place is exactly as described . If I had a question, Alessandro would respond very quickly. The place is in a good location, about a 3 minute walk to the bus station and a lot of restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this place!

This apartment made me realize that you don’t need hotels if you have apartments like william’s. He is kind and hospitable like the original people of arabia in the desert. If you happen to be around rome go stay in this apartment for a relaxing night to detox and restart. Once you enter you don’t want to leave.

Very clean apartment, equipped with everything, although for a short period I have to say that I had a very good time, Carmela was very helpful and hospitable.. Thank you again.

We stayed for a couple of nights in November 2024, we loved the location (great for Rome and surrounding areas), the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Antonio was lovely at check in, and gave us good restaurant recommendations including the ice rink and its restaurant (along with its own brewed beer) which is just a ten minute walk away. We are now booked to return next summer for three weeks along with our two Lagotto dogs who will love their own enclosed garden to run around in.
