Friendy host, great apartment

The apartment is the best! Matej and Nena were perfect hosts. The apartment is modernly furnished, clean and just like in the pictures and in reality even bigger than it looks. From the balcony and through the windows of living room and dining table you have a wonderful view of the sea. Although the apartment is in the attic, it is not too hot even in high summer thanks to the air conditioning. Upon our arrival (at 39 degrees!), Nena had already handed over the apartment to us in an air-conditioned manner, which was a treat after the long drive. Also, the fridge was filled with drinks for us and small snacks were ready. We have never experienced such a service before! Laundry detergent, cosmetic products, dishwasher tablets, everything ready! It is a 5 min walk to the beach, by bike you may need 20 min to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets are right close to the apartment. We can fully recommend this accommodation.

We had a great week. Tina, her family and the cats are super welcoming and helpful. The season was already over but the stay is still worth it. The restaurants that were still open were also worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

The place is clean, tidy, Karlobag is a great place and the old town alleys are very cozy.

The house is located directly on the sea. Bibinje has not soooo much to offer in the low season but we were able to take a cheap taxi to Zadar. The pool is as on the pictures and there is a beer dispensing machine directly there. Place was really great! 😊

The location of the accommodation is good, so it only takes 5 minutes to get to the sea. Heating is good and spacious!

Great stay. Adriana welcomed us at check-in, always very sunny and nice! The house is very nice and new. Beautiful view from the terrace, mainly in the evening. Highly recommended.

We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The only thing what I was not satisfied, was that bed were shor. Everything else was great.Kitchen ok, enough place, nice living room, great terrace, short distance to the beach.Thanks

Apartment is small but nice. Located very close to the sea. Nearest swimming beach and also the old town are each 10 minutes walk. Communication is easy and very fast. I will gladly come back.

everything was perfect - central location, everything is a walkable distance. only thing to mention - church next door and the bells are ringing at 6 am every morning so it's very loud. but on the 3 morning we already used to it.

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.
