Our stay at this Costa Rican home was absolutely fantastic! We traveled as two families, and the accommodations were perfect for our group. The house itself was beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The view was stunning and made our mornings truly special. The pool was a huge hit with everyone—especially our little girls! Communication with our hosts was smooth and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Awesome property, definitely better than the photos! Be ready for bugs as all the common areas are outdoors but the A/C in the bedrooms was fantastic. We loved the kitchen, equipment isn’t fancy but we had everything we needed to cook majority of our meals including thanksgiving dinner! Worth paying $5 per person to get boat to drop off/ pick up at grateful hotel, otherwise long walk down the beach or hike through the jungle. Overall the space was plenty for our group of 8 and we enjoyed the property especially the pool!

Our stay at Antonio’s place was nothing short of amazing. Antonio was super helpful and responsive to all requests. He made our stay stress free as he provided awesome recommendations for a driver as well as a personal chef for my birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re considering it for your stay in Costa Rica, do it. :)

What an amazing place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated with local artwork. We really appreciated that the bedrooms each had their own air conditioning and bathroom. Everything was well maintained, very clean, and worked, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We loved being able to listen to the surf and walk right out to the beach. We appreciated that Maria was willing to allow our one year old grandbaby to come and stay. Maria has gathered a great support crew. We were able to have Jocelyn next door come over and cook several times during our stay. The property is very well maintained inside and out by Johan and Yasmina, and Jocelyn and Edwin next door able to help out. We rented a golf cart for our stay which was a lot of fun. Everyone was so amazing. Maria was very accommodating when our arrival was impacted by a tropical storm. I just wish we had enough people to use that awesome wood slab table out in the yard. We would definitely come here again.

Highly recommended, a very quiet and safe place, the house is excellent, all as in the photographs, everything is very clean with many amenities, the perfect area to visit small and quiet beaches, I recommend the accommodation to those looking to relax and have a good time in the company of their families.

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing modern villa in Tamarindo, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was exactly as pictured—stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home. The location was perfect: tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering peace and privacy, yet just an easy 8-minute walk to the beach and the vibrant restaurants and shops. It gave us the best of both worlds—serenity and convenience. If you’re looking for a beautiful and modern space in Tamarindo with easy access to everything, I can’t recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Kaya Villas is absolutely gorgeous and we had a fabulous stay. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and the place was immaculate! Great house next to the beach and town. Spacious & well stocked.

The property was absolutely stunning. There was more than ample space with the guest house included. Rebeca - house manager and Bryan - concierge were very responsive and attended to the things we called them about immediately. Very kind and professional hosts. The excursions recommended were great and within budget.

This place is true paradise. The home has everything and you cannot beat this location — it’s steps from the beach and close to other beaches, close to town with lots of bars and restaurants, and super walkable but also feels private because you’re not right in the center. The house itself has bathrooms and air conditioning units in every bedroom, parking spots, a full kitchen, a beautiful pool and overall great property. For 6-7 people, it worked perfectly. We couldn’t have been happier with the place. The host, Nick, was also great. He helped coordinate a rather early check in for us, which we were immensely grateful for after a red eye. He gave golf cart recommendations and even coordinated the pickup the next day because our flight was early. He never took more than 2 hours to respond and was extremely helpful. This place is a special oasis, we hope to be back!

New, nice place, close to Playa grande. The house is beautiful and we loved the pool. Super quiet.

Vanessa and Audrey , were soo helpful . Literally anything we need they provided it or found it for us . The pictures for this place are exactly how it looks ,but better . The entire house was clean and comfortable . My favorite was the showers . Very spacious rooms and beds. It is a private secluded location ,so getting to places you will need a vehicle or ask them to book personal driver.

Nathalie and Nico were fantastic hosts. The home genuinely looks exactly like the pictures. We were met at check in and walked through the house, it was very clean and well stocked, and the location was an average of 5 minutes (by Uber) from many, many restaurants and outings. It fit 6 adult women comfortably and we all felt safe. Nathalie even stopped by on my actual birthday with a card, candle, and small pastry which was incredibly thoughtful. The only real downsides were the power and water outages. There were 2 of each in the week we were there. All of these events were resolved within about an hour or less, with the longest issue being the water stopping for about 3 hours the morning we were leaving. These issues were out of their control, but just something to keep in mind. There were also a lot of tiny crabs?? Very non-threatening (coming from someone who does NOT do bugs) but again, just something to note. Overall I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Tamarindo.

We had a great stay at Villa Tranquila. The home looked exactly like the pictures and was a comfortable place. We loved having our own pool. The house is right across the street from the beach, just walk across the road and down a very short path. Each room had their own AC unit and some worked better than others, but all worked well enough. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The washer and dryer worked. The complex was gated and secure. Paula is a fantastic host and she was very responsive to us both before we arrived and during our stay. She provided many recommendations for activities, etc. The wifi was out when we arrived and she was helpful in trying to resolve it. It turned out to be a problem with the service provider, so we didn't have wifi for 3 days, which I think is unusual for this house. If you rent golf carts during your stay, MAKE SURE THEY ARE GAS. We ended up with electric and it was nearly impossible to charge them at the house.

Very clean space, looked exactly like the photos, except the pictures don’t do it justice. Private location with all amenities listed in the listing. Helena was very responsive and even provided us with information and connections for local attractions and activities.

The house is just as it looks in the photos, the attention from the host was excellent and the manual with recommendations was very useful to be able to enjoy activities in the area

This place was perfect for our week at Tamarindo. Everything is just a short walk away and the pools were amazing. Host recommended some great spots to eat and check out. Highly recommend staying here!

The view was everything! We loved watching the sunset every night and just hanging out in the backyard spotting monkeys in the trees. You definitely need a four-wheel drive to get to the house. But you get used to it. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. There was an adorable outdoor cat who liked to have company. Seriously the views are spectacular and you don’t want to miss out. So peaceful and away from everything.

I just loved the place and the condominium where it is located! The house is perfect for two couples or two couples with two kids (since one of the bedrooms has two couple bars). It is spacious with a nice American style kitchen, two full bathrooms, a marvelous terrace and the most gorgeous sunset view ever: you may watch the sunset Literally from the sofa of your terrace! About location: the best ever! You are just a few steps from what I consider one of the best and most beautiful beaches of Guanacaste! And you are also close to several nice restaurants of the region. I would (and will) stay here another thousand times!

The accommodation is as seen in the photos. Excellent for a stay with friends or family. The security of the place was very good. We really liked that I had one of the rooms a little more away from the others. Very efficient communication.

Excellent lodging, Doris and her family are very friendly people and were always willing to help us. They gave us local recommendations and helped us with what we requested. Private place very close to the beach, 100% recommended!
