House vacation rentals in Possum Kingdom Lake

This was a last minute reservation due to a last minute cancellation of our usual spot. Dawn was friendly and responsive. The home was amazing and cozy. We did cook two meals and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Neighbors a tad bit closer than what we are used to but no problems with that. Overall a great stay!

We had an incredible stay at Melissa's beautiful home this past weekend! We were in town for a cookoff and needed a place to prep, sleep, and relax, and this home was absolutely perfect. The house itself is stunning, and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Starting the day with a cup of coffee while looking out over the lake was such a peaceful and energizing way to begin our mornings. The spacious kitchen was a game-changer for our meal prep for the competition, and the ocean-themed decor throughout the home added a charming and relaxing touch. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided us with the restful sleep we needed for our busy weekend. Melissa was a fantastic host, and her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

This is a great place for a group of friends for the weekend! The pool, covered patio, & outdoor kitchen was a hit for my group. Very accessible and clean, James was a wonderful host and we look forward to coming back to the Possum Kingdom area the future!

My family had a great time. Everything was exactly as was shown. Ryan and Kelli quickly responded to any question. Beds were comfy. Pool was wonderful. Fishing, kayaking, floating were all such fun. Perfect view for morning coffee. GREAT PLACE.

On The Top of our favorite Airbnbs (and we stay at a lot). The scenery is outstanding. It's incredibly restful. The hot tub was wonderful with our morning coffee overlooking the cow pasture and pond. The 3 fireplaces added so much ambience. We loooved the dark moody bedroom with its insanely comfortable bed. Oh, and don't get me started on the way cool concrete walls and floors. Everything was just so lovely and inspiring. Thank you, Mark and Jamee for sharing this outstanding historical property.

The house exceeded our expectations. The photos looked perfect, but nothing can capture how amazing the views of the lake are from the house. We were so excited to see how close we actually were to the marina too. We will definitely be booking this home again in the future!

This Airbnb was the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed at especially considering it is pet friendly. The amenities were great and having 3 king beds was quite the luxury. It was also a quick and easy drive to Jacksboro, lake Bridgeport, and even Decatur. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again if we’re in the area.

House was great for a family get together . Beds were super comfy . We brought our two large dogs so we needed a good size backyard which this house had . The only thing is that fence was not entirely closed in so I did have keep an eye on them which was fine . You are only steps away from the square which was great . Lots of shops and restaurants in the square . House is also located near a beautiful walking trail . Very convenient location !! We enjoyed our stay

Bonnie Doone was an amazing venue for our Girl's Trip. there were 12 of us and ample room for all of us. We are all in our 40s and particular about sleeping arrangements, the beds were comfortable, even the bunk beds! The only thing that needed improvement was the common space. for a house that holds so many people there was not enough sitting for convening by the TV and hanging around the couches. we made use of the futon and pulled it over to make another couch and pulled some chairs from other areas so we could all sit together, other than that we had an delightful time. The showers were clean, and although the weather didn't permit, the glass walls opened up like garage doors to let in the beautiful pristine country air. it would be a fabulous place for a reunion or girls/boys trip. I am actually thinking about hosting my family reunion here this summer. checkin/out instructions were simple and easy and hosts were super responsive.

I would recommend this place to anyone no matter what the occasion. It’s just perfect! Will certainly be returning. Absolutely incredible view, especially at sunset

Amazing Home, located in a great location, and well worth the price. Host always responded to any messages. I had quickly help in anyway they could. Would definitely recommend renting from them and I plan to in the future again.

The Pomegranate House was superb! The owners take great pride in their accommodations and it shows. I had everything I needed and then some for a relaxing getaway! This was a somewhat last minute booking and I was relieved to see check in was easy and the owner is so responsive. There’s a park not far which I loved to take my dog to. But there’s also a fenced yard and lovely porch to enjoy with your pet as well. Downtown Granbury is a short distance with lots of historic buildings and lovely restaurants + cafes. This is a quiet, clean and comfortable establishment which I appreciated for my solo weekend. Highly recommend!

This was my third time using the Red House. Like always, everything was perfect. I definitely will be back.

We have visited multiple times and the house is always clean and inviting. It’s a serene countryside and you’re close to the Brazos River if you want to explore the banks or go tubing (if the water is high enough.) They have a 12 cup coffee pot and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Our grown children enjoy the air hockey game and we love sitting in the windowed patio area with coffee/wine and taking in the views or reading a book. It’s a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Great place, better than the pictures and the host was great even recommended a caterer for any extra things I may need. Will definitely be coming back during the summer

The view is beautiful! Loved having all the bedrooms to share the space with another family for a Rocker B tournament!

We had a great holiday stay at Derek's location. It was relaxing for the adults, and the kids loved the game room, and the piano was a great surprise. My wife and daughter wanted to thank you for having a 1000-piece puzzle.
