If you’re looking for a peaceful country getaway with something for everyone, hiking, swing, swimming pool, chess, pond, lots of sitting and reflection areas, this is the place. Second stay and planning to stay agin when I come back in April.

This was a last minute reservation due to a last minute cancellation of our usual spot. Dawn was friendly and responsive. The home was amazing and cozy. We did cook two meals and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Neighbors a tad bit closer than what we are used to but no problems with that. Overall a great stay!

Great place and exactly like the photos and descriptions. The extra touches with games, books and toys for the kids helped make it feel like home.

Jennifer’s place is immaculate, with all the little extras you could possibly need. Check-in was easy, and it’s a great location, close to Rocker B! It is a shame that the surrounding neighborhood is like a hoarders paradise, because this place is so well maintained. If you’re not concerned with the view outside the window, this place is perfect. That being said, we never felt unsafe in any way, and would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at Melissa's beautiful home this past weekend! We were in town for a cookoff and needed a place to prep, sleep, and relax, and this home was absolutely perfect. The house itself is stunning, and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Starting the day with a cup of coffee while looking out over the lake was such a peaceful and energizing way to begin our mornings. The spacious kitchen was a game-changer for our meal prep for the competition, and the ocean-themed decor throughout the home added a charming and relaxing touch. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided us with the restful sleep we needed for our busy weekend. Melissa was a fantastic host, and her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful outdoor space. Amazing views of the lake. Accommodating host!!

Place was an older home but very comfortable. The A/C worked fantastic and was cool upon arrival. Very friendly neighbors. One thing that would make this place better would be a boat dock which we knew didn’t have one but the pool was worth it. Very responsive with messages especially since we booked last minute. Beds were comfortable and plenty of sitting room inside the house and screened in porch. We enjoyed the grills for outside cooking. Very large refrigerator and freezer for cooking meals. The kitchen was not 100 percent but nothing bad. I think the problem are guest not treating the place with respect and making sure they clean up after themselves. We had a great time and will book again!

Perfect location if you want to be on the water/marina! The condo was exactly as described. It is updated nicely and pristinely clean. Basic items are included in the condo and a cute little grocery store close by that provides all items needed for a lake weekend. There is also a yummy restaurant within walking distance. If I HAD to give any suggestions - I'd say more pillows on the master bed and higher quality. The condo is right over the pool so you do hear pool noise, but it is vacated at set hours. It was a perfect set up for kids! We will DEFINITELY stay at this spot again.

If you are in Graford, this is the spot to be! Very clean and comfortable as well as roomy! Having a restaurant within walking distance seals the deal in a lake town!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo and view were wonderful, we used the pool and the grills, we cooked in the kitchen and it was extremely conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive, helping me immediately when I had an issue with the door code, and also super understanding when I requested a late checkout due to our baseball games being scheduled first thing in the morning and through the checkout time. I’ll definitely be back.

This was our first time going to Rocker B for my son’s baseball tournament and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while there. The condo was clean, beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! I will definitely be back! The host was also very friendly and accommodating.

Shari’s condo was absolutely amazing! Just as described and in the pictures it was an absolutely gorgeous place. The view was amazing and the surroundings serene. Everything you need, as well as probably something you forgot, is available in the kitchen. We came in for baseball at Rocker B and can’t wait to return just for a getaway.

Great place, great location, fantastic view, and the owner was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. Close proximity to lake access and boat ramps with a good restaurant in walking distance. Exactly what we were looking for!
