Staying at Orven's place was perfect for a hike up Blue Mountain Peak. Orven himself is a very kind and helpful person. As discussed, he picked us up and took us away. His mother Carol gave us delicious dinner and also prepared breakfast. We highly recommend it.

A stay my friends and I will never forget. If you are looking to just get away from the city for a weekend, this is the place for you. We were checking in as a group of 5, with high hopes from the reviews deeming the place as a “life changing experience” and boy did Flutter house did exceed our expectations. The house is immediately felt like our home, a safe space. We were surrounded by beautiful flowers, a singing forest of trees (most beautiful bird songs woke us up every morning) and fresh crisp air. Amazing place for bird watchers and flora enthusiasts. A huge garden in the front to lay out in the grass to tan in morning and star gaze at night, as well as a cozy patio to chit chat over coffee. The house was very responsive, proactive and accurate in describing the home. They equipped us with tons of blankets and hot water to keep our entire group of 5, cozy for our entire stay. We hated leaving this haven in the Blue Mountains.

We loved our stay and already planning to stay again next year when we visit Kingston again. The property is lovely and clean, very nice decor. Easy access, great communication from both, Sheldon and Raquel. We felt safe and the property was a walkable distance from our family’s house, we walked every day and the neighbourhood is really nice and safe. Thank you very much, we will be back. Great hosts, will be recommending to friends.

This Airbnb is exactly what our group had hoped for. Quiet and tucked away in the hills, far enough from the city to be detached but close enough to shops to get supplies and close enough to Kingston to respond to any emergencies that may arise. The cabin is older and has a few creaky wooden boards, which I think adds so much character and appreciation for the space. The gardens are well-maintained and full of life. Hot water, bathrooms and a complete kitchen made the stay comfortable. We chose to camp outside and loved every minute of it. This will be an annual trip for us for sure. We really loved our time there and left feeling refreshed.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had to date. I specifically chose this place to celebrate my birthday with friends and colleagues, and it exceeded expectations. The house is exactly as described—beautifully decorated, with a vintage colonial charm that makes you feel like you're stepping into a noble estate. The internet is lightning-fast, the kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, and every detail adds to the unique atmosphere. But the true highlight is the location. The surroundings are stunning, with a spectacular garden encircling the house and a pleasantly cool temperature—to escape from the heat found in most of the island. The host was also incredibly responsive. Overall, I’d give it a full 10/10. Highly recommended!

I liked the place from the get go. When I finally got there it was everything that was described in the listing. The house was nice and clean and had all the listed amenities. I felt at home. The community is very peaceful and quiet. My host is super responsive and very helpful. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and colleagues and I will be returning soon.

This is a home away from home that I’ll definitely be returning to I came to play mas on the road & celebrate my birthday this year & my experience in this home was unforgettable from the scenery mango trees & hibiscus flowers to the kind people who work & tend to this home it was priceless.

This was my second time renting one if the units at Tim Pappies, and it was just as awesome as the first! The place is super comfy, especially the bed and has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Portland Parish is such a beautiful place , and this unit us too. The location makes it easy to explore everything - from the beaches to local spots. The host is super chill and always on top of things, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to... once more. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with everything you need, this is it!

Such a delightful stay at Prue's studio in beautiful and private surroundings. The description of the property was accurate and Prue was so helpful from beginning to end with the booking. Lots of amenities nearby, including supermarkets within walking distance. Highly recommended!

I love this place , felt very at home . the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. rasta was such a lovely person and the house keeper was a sweetheart. the patio is really nice..and Sean and Mal did everything and exceeded expectations with making us feel comfortable. We truly look forward to booking with them again

This apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture and appliances. The host was incredibly accommodating and even adjusted my check-in date on short notice. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return!

Hi, it was my forth time visiting Julia's home, and 3rds time the same apartment, I always had a great time here and feel like at home, the apartment is spacious, nice, organized, and clean, also has an amazing balcony, birds are singing and the nature in the yard is awesome as well. Great place, + the botanical garden is at a walking distance.

I wish I could keep this gem a secret but alas, you deserve to enjoy this experience too. From check in with Charmaine to the great attention to detail, we immediately felt at home. It was just what we needed for a much needed reset. Thank you, St. John and Charmaine! We’ll definitely be back.

First let me say Nicole place was Very beautiful and spotless the decor was top notch . The photos just has you seen and even better in person Complementary wine and bottles of water, robes and slippers and a complementary bag has well in the bathroom!the security was great professionalism was there when you arrived at the gate they asked you for your name and proof of your identification has Nicole mentioned… Nicole was very responsive one phone call away if I felt like I needed anything which I really didn’t everything was already there for you just PERFECT! felt right at home I’m really sorry I didn’t stayed a little bit longer!! Best Airbnb I ever been to in Kingston. This definitely my number one top pick anytime I revisited Jamaica… I highly recommend to my closest friends and family and now you! The place was nice and cozy. Peta-Gaye was very responsive, willing and able to help out. As this was my first time in Kingston, she willingly provided a mode of transportation to me which helped me tremendously during my stay. I’m appreciative to her for making my stay memorable and comfortable. The quickness in response and the ease of communication made a huge impact in my decision to stay there.

Jacqueline's listing is an excellent option for those staying in Mona or New Kingston. Jacqui was extremely friendly and responsive from the start, and continued to communicate throughout my stay. The apartment is located in a gated community, which is extremely quiet and peaceful. The apartment offers all the amenities and comforts necessary for your stay, with comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Jacqui has curated an excellent space where you can feel at home. All the services are spot on. I will recommend this place to other colleagues traveling to Kingston.

10/10 Hands down! I was so comfortable I felt better than when I’m at home. Dolly has a beautiful comfortable modern design home with the staple amenities. Hey mom was ever so helpful and very responsive. I will be back as I’ve made a lasting friendship. I adore her and am looking forward to going back. It has a kind size bed and a sofa bed. A washer for guest with longer stays would be the icing on the cake. But since I’m down with my roots it was nothing for me to hand wash my clothing and hang them on the line.
