Apartment vacation rentals in Portland Parish

I had an amazing stay! The host was always available and very helpful throughout my visit. Just a quick note for future guests the address may show as Charlemont Drive, but it’s actually Charlemont Avenue, which is important to know when finding the place. I did have a small issue with the pin for the door, but aside from that, everything was great. The space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The walls could use a little touch-up painting, but it’s clear that previous guests were responsible for the marks not a reflection of the host’s care. This will definitely be the only place I stay whenever I visit Kingston, Jamaica again. Highly recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but thought this would be both helpful and informative. Be sure you’re on the “avenue” and not the “drive”, the gps might take you to the wrong place but you just have to keep driving down. Other than that the stay was excellent. The host responded in a timely manner and assisted me with finding the property. The buzzer to the gate was broken, but security operated the gate with no issue. The room is also close enough to walk through the front gate, but you can conveniently access the elevator from the parking garage. Pool area…very chill…no one really uses it; so you’ll be able to enjoy a private dip. They also offer celebration packages that are cost efficient, so I will be rebooking for my birthday. Lastly, depending on what you’re trying to do; it’s about 15-20 minutes from halfway tree. I hope this helps✌🏾

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Kingston. It offers full privacy while still having friendly neighbors around, so you never feel completely alone. The rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful – perfect for relaxing, with amazing views of both sunset and sunrise. There are also lots of beautiful plants and mango trees around, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is great, less than five minutes from the Botanical Gardens. Communication with Andrew was smooth and very friendly. Everything was just as described. I’d definitely recommend this place and will stay there again.

Tannece was a wonderful host who made sure we had drinkable water everyday and provided excellent recommendations for local food. She even coordinated a delicious breakfast for us made by a local cook on the beach upon request. The location is a 3 min walk to Winifred Beach and very close to attractions like Blue Lagoon and Monkey Island. I would definitely stay here again, thanks, Tannece!

I loved my time at Cherise’s! The place was so peaceful and comfortable it was difficult to leave. Plus, I had very friendly neighbours so that was an added bonus. A very enjoyable stay and I hope I can come back one day.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bird Bliss. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the hosts Joy and Shell was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, it’s two minutes away from rafting on the Rio Grande, going west, it’s five minutes from to Somerset Falls and going east it’s eight minutes to the Shan Shy Beach. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. My overall experience was nothing but amazing. I highly recommend this property when visiting Portland. Thank you Joy and Shell for being super hosts and for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be back

Place was as described and location was quiet. Chels and her family were wonderful neighbors to have during my stay. I would 100% rebook the next time I am in Kingston.

Loved my stay here! It’s quite a big apartment with a separate bedroom. Verica and her daughter are very friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The location is great, close to restaurants, bars etc. I felt safe, welcome and at home. Thanks!

Kimberley is an EXCELLENT host. She was always available and reached out several time before, during and after the stay to ensure I was OK. She quickly solved any issues that arised and truly made me feel at home. I'd definitely stay again!

Host was responsive. She ensured that we were ok and recommended beaches and rivers to visit. The apartment was comfortable , relaxing and consist of modern appliances and furniture. Free parking and WiFi were also available. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Portland.

Colene was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and a wonderful hosts. The home was impeccable and very close to everything in town. She always checked up on us to make sure we had everything we need. She when out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend Colene’s home to any visiting Kingston.

We enjoyed our stay at Shane's. The apartment was clean, safe and in a great location. Shane and his co-host Latoya was accomodating and provided us with both early check in and late check out. Will stay again if i travel to Kingston in the future.

Cynthia and Trevor are great hosts. The apartment is quiet, clean and very peaceful. The location is great and make it easy to get to St Mary, Kingston, Port Antonio and St Ann. Just a few minute drive and you're at the sea or river. The view of the sea and hills from the private balcony provide a relaxing space. There is also a furnished private porch and a backyard where we watched butterflies and hummingbirds visiting their garden. Highly recommend.

Niketa's place was amazing. It wasn’t too far from anything which was good. The host was very accommodating and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

I came to find out that Brenda is a great person, a woman to her words, and very precessional in such capacity, she made myself felt right at home, nothing was missing when it came her being accessible she always ready to answer my calls whenever I had one, thanks for been so kind Brenda.

the place was really nice. one of the legs for the kitchen chairs was a bit unstable, but other than that, this place was great! it's right in the heart of Ocho. the Local people were amazing, though at time were over whelming with trying to sell me up. if you are Caucasian expect it. but also embrace it. the Local can be intense, but they are always friendly and very welcoming. I will be back!!! respect and one love.

The place is worth every dime, away from the buzz of the city but close enough if you needed anything. Andre was very responsive and made us feel at home… definitely deserves a 10/10 and I’ll be going back.

I thought this was a spacious one bedroom apartment with modern fittings. Great 1st floor balcony with poolside view. Great value for money.

Most Definitely a Home away from Home ! My stay at Chenelle’s place was nothing short of comforting! It was neat, clean and cozy.. The decor was stylish and modern definitely fitting to my personal style and taste. The complex is beautiful and luxurious, the check was pretty smooth instructions were clear and it was pretty much an ease of access. I appreciated the little thoughtful touches like the snack basket 🥰 The location is pretty simple and it was easy to get around. I had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! Will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Dianne left us some snacks which was so thoughtful after we had a lengthy flight delay. She was considerate enough to give us grace to get some rest before updating us on where to find what. We appreciated the fact the home was clean and well kept. Thank you.

Great stay. the Host was very professional, understanding and helpful. The appartement is rather small but all you need is there, it's perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Quiet and safe place, ideally located with short distance by car from every amenities. I definitely recommand! thanks!

Orandy is an amazing Host. I will definitely always check His availability before making my plans as I did this time. This is my second time staying at this location. I absolutely love the place. It looks even better than the pictures and Orandy is just a phone call/message away if you need anything. The Security is top notch and the Front Desk Staff very pleasant and accomodating. The pool is immaculate and it lights up at night as well. The place keeps getting better and better!!! I brought my Daughter this time and she was very impressed with the flowers 💐 in her room ❤️
