Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great value and it was above my expectations when I walked into the house. I had a great use of the kitchen and the AC was definitely a huge bonus during the summer heat. Rich was very good in communications and I felt like I was well taken care of

I loved staying at Bina's place. it was clean, quiet, located right next to public transportation downtown, restaurants, and across the street from Whole Foods.

Definitely best for a solo traveler or couple. Would recommend traveling light just so you’re not tripping over your luggage. The neighborhood felt super safe and was quiet. Definitely would come back in the future :)

This loft and the location that it’s in is perfect. Mississippi ave has everything you are looking for on a vacation. Great coffee, great food, and great places to grab a drink at. And best of all, everything is within a 2-5 minute walk. As for the loft itself. It had everything we needed for a 4 day stay with my partner. We could’ve easily fit another couple or had 2 kids with us comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, washer,dryer, big restroom ,plenty of closet space and , clean and clutter free decor. I will 100% be staying here every time I come to Portland. Staff was very communicative, hospitable, and friendly the entire stay. Id recommended this place to anybody looking to stay in Portland.

This condo is impeccable and impressive. It's the perfect base camp to explore the food scene revival underway in Portland's Pearl District. I've stayed at many AirBnBs around the world, and this one is one of the best on every level. I highly recommend booking it!

The place is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a charming place that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The furnitures were pristine and cozy. Nicole was very responsive to our requests.

The Gris 202 was clean, bright, modern in a quaint downtown area. The Lyrics Cafe is a short walk for morning coffee and light breakfast. Multiple high end wineries are nearby, just make sure to get a reservation for a wine flight or tasting!

Gloria was a fabulous host! The place was perfect and felt like a home away from home while our house had major repairs done. Gloria was always very accommodating and let us extend our stay multiple times since our house still wasn't done. We had a minor issue with one sink and she had someone out to fix it right away. We would definitely come here again and would recommend it. It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops and there were a couple of parks close by for the kiddos as well. Overall a great place!

Thanks for the great stay! Very pleased to find the space as comfortable as it is beautiful. Super convenient location, parking is close to the unit. Easy in and out! Love to have a view of the trees quiet community.

I stayed at the Vaisberg's place at the Indigo. Everything was exactly as pictured and I loved the view of Mt. Hood in the distance. The location was central with easy access to the Pearl district, as well as downtown. The bed and all the chairs were very comfortable. The apartment got a lot of natural light. It was really just what I needed. My only complaint is that the listing mentions on site parking at $15 per day, which is a bit misleading. Yes, it's $5/hour with a max of $15, but that doesn't include in/out privileges. Each time you leave and come back, the timer starts again. I ended up paying at least double what I expected, even on days when my car didn't leave the garage. Had I known that, I would have skipped the rental car and just taken ride share for my excursions. Chalk it up to a lesson learned.

This is the second time staying in their apartment. Anytime I’m back to Portland will stay there (if available). Great location, great hosts. Great place!

It's a really nice spot in a vibrant area, very easy to walk to anything you need and convenient highway access if you're traveling out to the coast or somewhere else for the day. The main area was large and easy to prepare and eat a meal together as a family. There's a nice little outside deck area that was shaded most of the time we used it. Parking wasn't really an issue, at most we had to park a block away but there's a very easy and convenient pedestrian path that makes the walk very, very short. The place is loud: we were there 4 nights and I was woken up early on 3 of the mornings. The neighbors have a porch right outside the main bedroom window - you can reach out and touch it - and you hear everything they say even with the doors and windows closed. One morning they took a work call on that porch at 6:30am. Same bedroom is next to outside stairs so you hear all movement and conversation on stairs especially in the morning; heard kids running and playing above us one night

This was a great place to stay and location for the price! The place was walkable to many bars, coffee shops, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street which was a huge plus! The place is equipped with all basic needs: silverware, cups, plates, pots, pants, utensils, cooking utensils, toilet paper, towels, extra linens. Would definitely stay here again!

Matt & Kerry’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We felt at home and enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the deck. We also enjoyed the farmers market across the street on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful and comfortable.

I loved this space! It was everything we needed plus more! The bed was super comfy and I loved the projector screen for watching movies in bed! And the piano! That was a sweet addition. I will definitely stay here again!

Start to finish this was an easy stay. Eli had everything set up and arranged prior to my arrival and I didn't need anything during my stay. As easy as you can hope for.
