We stayed in the Melyn cottage, it was so lovely and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring different parts of Cornwall. Sue was a fantastic host and explained everything before we arrived, we were even greeted by a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely surprise! We all loved it and would definitely stay again! :)

We had a lovely relaxing time at Caroline’s place. The lodge is very well equipped and beautifully appointed, even better than shown in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and feeding the alpacas. 100% recommend.

Just back from a mini break at Shell Cottage. So often you stay at places that are furnished with odds and ends but Shell Cottage was beautiful. Lovely furniture, accessories, bedding and everything you could need for a break. It also has Netflix for dark winter evenings. The parking is in front of the property. It’s a beautiful location, very quiet with just the sound of the owl hooting. It’s a great spot for visiting Falmouth and the surrounding area. Shelley was great to deal with, really prompt in her responses and allowed us to check in and out with flexibility. We will definitely be staying at Shell Cottage again! Many thanks.

We have stayed in Cornwall quite a few times and we always enjoy coming back. The house lovely and spacious ! It was very clean and tidy, there was more than enough kitchen utensils to facilitate more than 8 people, and the dishwasher was helpful along with the complimentary cleaning items. There was 7 of us staying in the house with some doggies and we never felt like we didn’t have our own space…. The dogs loved it too. It’s a walkable distance to Newquay town and Fistral beach. Lusty glaze beach is about 10 minutes walk and this has a beautiful beach restaurant /cafe which is beautiful and dog friendly all year round. Staying here is a good base to explore different areas of Cornwall. Only thing that would be good would be a few lights around the hot tub area. We certainly will be returning. We booked a 1 night stay as we are locals for a 16th birthday celebration which happened to be during the latest storm! I was offered to rearrange for another weekend which was lovely, we didn’t and we had the best time! The tent survived the storm, the hot tub was piping and the fire was cosy. Lovely extra touches of hot water bottles which came in handy! Beautiful peaceful surrounding despite the howling wind! Will recommend and be back. Thank you

Our stay at Shaun’s cottage was lovely. I’d fully recommend it . It was tastefully decorated and very clean and cosy. We bought logs from home and lit the wood burner, even though the cottage was extremely toastie without it. The local pub is a 2 minute walk away where we had a delicious lmeal and chat with the locals. And to top it all the hot tub make out stay. We will be back ! Thank you 😊

It lives up to the photos. The log burner was a highlight for my winter stay.

We had a wonderful stay. So cosy and Karen had so thoughtfully designed and furnished the cottage! Comfortable bed, warm and cosy with a wood burning stove, fully fitted kitchen, spotless en suite and fluffy towels! The setting is peaceful and rural - we loved the wildlife, home pets and nature surrounded us - so unspoilt and very private but only minutes from both Falmouth and from Maenporth beach. It is an absolute treat to stay here and we hope to be back soon.

A lovely, warm place that's close to everything but still remarkably peaceful. Belinda's cottage is five minutes' walk from a cracking good pub, five minutes walk from the estuary and old quay, five minutes (slow) jog from the Coast to Coast trail and easily driveable to most places you'll want to go. There's plenty of room, everything you'll need and you can park right outside (or very nearly). And a huge thank you to Belinda for being so generous with local tips and advice.

Peaceful, cosy space and moments from everything. Porthleven is a dream for walkers and foodies. This is a gorgeous cottage to experience it all from.

Absolutely loved the cottage, such a lovely, homely place. Sharon kindly put the heating and the lights on for us before we arrived, which was really appreciated as we arrived with a little one & had to get him ready for bed straight away. We had everything we needed from the high chair & baby bath to even children’s toys, which our son loved! The pictures don’t do it justice & I couldn’t fault anything, will definitely be looking to come back in the future.

It was a struggle to leave this cosy haven of a cottage with a plethora of wonderful books and knick knacks to keep you there forever! Nevertheless, we ventured out to Kynance Cove (idyllic) and Lizard point, both a short drive away. Gunwalloe beach is a 5 minute walk away and Church Cove (better for families) either a 5 minute drive or longer walk away - simply gorgeous! We will definitely return when possible!

As a family of 8 & 3 generations celebrating Christmas & a special birthday, the farmhouse was simply magical. Will & Danni went above all our expectations with Christmas trees & selection boxes for the kids. The farm looked so beautiful with all the fairy lights & we found everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner for 12! Thank you so much for a simply amazing stay which allowed us to celebrate our first Christmas in six years as a family. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough & hope to be back in the future. Had a lovely stay at Michelle and Ian's.Accommodation was so clean and the outside area was amazing with the fire pit and outside seating areas, Very friendly and helpful, and went over and above as our car broke down (for the first time), and while the RAC sorted it out, Michelle came and picked us up from Perranporth and brought us back to save us all waiting. The local shop in the village was amazing selling everything you could need for your holiday, and the accommodation was 10 minutes from Perran Sands beach which we went to a lot. St Agnes and Perranporth are nearby for an evening out at a restaurant or the Pub . We loved the accommodation, suited our family perfectly with the firepit and BBQ which we used a lot. Thanks for a lovely holiday Michelle and Ian. We would definitely come again.

Very enjoyable stay at Roy’s loft. Ideal location with St Ives centre less than 10 minutes down the hill yet away from the crazy St Ives holiday traffic. Roy is a very friendly and helpful host.

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

We have just arrived home after a fantastic stay. The lodge was beautiful with everything that we needed. There is lots to do locally as well as in the resort. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for another stay in Easter. Thank you once again.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely setting - very peaceful and private - peacocks, geese and a cat were there to greet us most days. Stephen was a great host and explained everything clearly and was very helpful. The place was compact but had everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as described and very clean. Asda Express within walking distance. Great location for accessing other parts of Cornwall - we ventured to Perranporth/Newquay which was around 40 mins. Also Tintagel Castle was around 25 mins. We would stay again. Thank you.

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Kirsten and Ben have been fantastic hosts prior to and during our stay at the apartment. The day before our arrival we received a message letting us know we could check in early, they also offered us a later check out which was much appreciated. Upon our arrival there was a very minor issue with the heating which needed attention. We messaged Kirsten, who replied straight away and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes which was great, and other than that we had no issues. The apartment is great, amazing views over Fisteral Beach and the bay. Plenty of space for a one bed apartment, all the things needed for a holiday like washing machine etc. Perfect location for walking and surfing, coastal paths and beach within 5minutes walk. Thanks for a fantastic stay, and really appreciate the flexibility offered and prompt reply when we needed a little help with the heating.
