Monthly Rentals in Port Royal Plantation

I was able to spend two months here and had a great stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

Location, location, location! This condo is an end unit on the first floor (there are about 10 steps to get to the front door) within easy walking distance to the beach. The pool, shuffle board, boardwalk, and Jamaica Joe’s are literally right there. If you like to people watch this is the spot for you! The condo was very clean and had all the basic essentials. I would say that if you do have to work while here and require a laptop that you bring an extension cord because the outlets are kinda hard to reach in order to set up on the table. The space was smaller than I expected, but that was likely due to my own perception from the photos. Being able to view the sunrise from the balcony made up for any lack is space. I’ve always loved Hilton Heads beaches, very clean and never overcrowded. Not a lot of sea shells or shark teeth (I did find one), but we did see dolphins. There are a lot of jellyfish that wash up on the shore, however I have yet to be stung by any, even while in the

LOVED Toni’s place and the location of it!!! We have 3 kids and they all went out numerous times to play at the playground that is right outside the door pretty much! If you have kids, this is IT!! I loved getting up early, making my coffee and taking the kids out play! We rented bikes and that is always great! We parked them and locked them up right there at the playground too! Thank you so much Toni, for the spacious, clean AND AFFORDABLE condo for our family of 5!! First year we did a 2 bedroom and it has 2 bathrooms, for real?! You don’t even know how nice that is!! And again, affordable! Truly wonderful and cannot recommend this place enough!! It was perfect!!!! Already booked your place again for next year!! We have never booked the same place twice! That’s how perfect it was for us!! Oh!! And the walk or 20 second drive over to the beach area? Totally great and fine! We have had a place closer to the beach before and right now, I would totally choose Toni’s place over those! ♥️

The sun rise is beautiful! And be sure to check out the sunset when the tide is low. The Hidden Gem has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We appreciated having a screened in porch a washer/dryer with laundry soap and security that controls entry. For bike riders, the paths by the complex are in good shape. Location is fantastic; out of the congestion but very easy to navigate to all parts of the island and to Bluffton. Theresa thank you for sharing the Hidden Gem with us. We had a wonderful time.
