This home was perfect for our group of 5. The three bedrooms have comfortable beds with clean linens and air conditioning in each space. The community area is bright and open to a private back deck. The kitchen has a coffee maker with milk frothing capability. The house is on a quiet street yet also quite near a shopping district and public transport. We found good markets and restaurants close by and were able to get downtown and to other neighborhoods with ease.

By far the most gorgeous home I have stayed at in Melbourne. Absolutely beautiful use of space, light and layout. Love the sustainable living style. We will be back !! Thanks so much Fiona for a seamless stay Elizabeth

My family and I had a fantastic time at Matthew’s beautiful BnB. We loved the location, great pubs within walking distance. The BnB was super clean and very inviting. It was beautifully decorated. Will definitely return in the future. Thank-you Matthew for being such a perfect host. Ellen

My family had a wonderful stay at Pete's home! Pete was very responsive to messages and check-in and check-out was seamless. Very charming home with modern appliances making it a comfortable stay. Perfect for families with kids as it comes with a high chair, kids cutlery, and toys that my nieces and nephew absolutely loved. Location of the airbnb is superb being walking distance to two trams, the beach, and the shops. I got ready in this home the morning of my wedding too as the primary suite was spacious and had great lighting! Definitely 10/10 across the board!

An absolute gem, we had the most incredible stay in this incredibly gorgeous home. The pictures are great here but in person the place was phenomenal, I really felt at home here and very cozy. Its spotless clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the terrace is stunning, and absolute 100/10 place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of chapel street and near many restaurants which was a plus. Extremely quiet neighborhood, can’t hear a single car which was so peaceful. There’s also a large, gorgeous park a 5 min walk away where many people bring their dogs to play and we went there almost every day. If you’re looking to stay in Melbourne I cannot recommend this stay enough!

This is one stylish pad! Recently converted from a home, the house has a great feel with big rooms, nice and comfortable furniture and many amenities. It’s also in a central spot, walking distance from the wonderful S Melbourne Market, Clarendon St with all of its shops, and easy access to highways, the tram to the CBD, Albert Park and St Kilda. Ferrars St is a bit busy and noisy, but it’s only an issue in the master bedroom, while the rest of the house is peaceful. A great place and we’d stay again in the future!

Great location and plenty of space for a group of 8. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Paige was very responsive. Recommend if wanting to stay in the St Kilda area

Loved this place - felt right at home straight away! Lou was so friendly and kind on arrival, and the place was gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and very neat and clean. Loved the decor and all the facilities. The location was also perfect and walking distance to all the iconic St Kilda spots. Was sad to leave, and will hopefully be back! 💙

Beautiful, well-lit apartment in a good location. We loved the outdoor areas. Our only complaint was that there was no coffee or salt when we arrived. Tip for future guests: The coffee pods are only sold at Aldi (but there is one within walking distance.)

Georgina’s place was amazing. We had a great time there. It’s easy to get to the city, and the area is very calm with cozy furniture. She always replied quickly and kindly. Thank you so much for everything😌Highly recommended!

Natalia and Renats place was totally as described and a perfect location, with views over Albert Park and fantastic sunsets over towards Saint Kilda beach. The apartment block is well equipped, super clean and tidy and has every thing you need. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and loads of space. The apartment block is really secure with fob access required to get into the building and also to use the lift. Access was restricted to your floor and the floor with the gym, which was well equipped as well. There are loads of bars and restaurants close by, especially heading down towards Saint Kilda beach. A supermarket is also within 5 minutes walk so really convenient. Tram stops are within about 3 minutes walk with super easy access into the CBD. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again when visiting.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment . Can walk to St Kilda and beach and tram to City just outside . No air con but apartment did not get very hot and bedroom ceiling fan kept us comfortable at night .

Host was so friendly and helpful, really went out of her way to accommodate us and was so easy to deal with her. Absolutely stunning home too

Wonderful place to stay and relax with family or friends. The pool is divine and the pool table, bar, tv area is amazing.

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

A great location for gathering with a larger group. Very comfortable and relaxed even in such a grand setting. The listing is accurate but the floor plan image is not up-to-date with the rooms available for use.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!
