Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Port Phillip City

We had a fabulous stay in this accommodation, the house was spotless and had great facilities! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the shower had amazing pressure! Will 100% be rebooking with James for another fabulous stay.

Lovely spacious, 3 bedroom duplex apartment in St Kilda. Secure, private parking, great location, short walk to the beach front and bustling bar and restaurant areas. Whether returning from a trip to the Great Ocean Road, Philip Island or sight seeing in central Melbourne, the house provided a wonderful, peaceful place to rest and spend time with family. Kerri is a great host. Some lovely welcome touches, provision of milk, butter and fresh bread etc. Would highly recommend.

Young is a very good host and very responsive. This lovely house is close to many great shops, eateries and public transport and yet is also very quiet. Excellent place, highly recommended.

This house is a a perfect location for everything Melbounre has to offer. Pubs, restaurants, markets and the beach. All walking distance. The house was spacious and clean with a lovely back patio.

Matthew was a fantastic host! The property was spotless and as described in the listing. Any issues and Matt immediately responded with a solution. I’ll be sure to stay here again!

This is a beautiful home for those that appreciate quality, design and art. Neighbourhood was quiet and friendly and all the great things on offer in this are area are within walking distance. Linen and beds were high quality and kitchen bathrooms had nice inclusions. Would recommend to friends and will be high on the list for repeat stay.

My family had a wonderful stay at Pete's home! Pete was very responsive to messages and check-in and check-out was seamless. Very charming home with modern appliances making it a comfortable stay. Perfect for families with kids as it comes with a high chair, kids cutlery, and toys that my nieces and nephew absolutely loved. Location of the airbnb is superb being walking distance to two trams, the beach, and the shops. I got ready in this home the morning of my wedding too as the primary suite was spacious and had great lighting! Definitely 10/10 across the board!

Such an incredible find in the heart of St Kilda, close to everything but down a quiet street with the Botanical Gardens across the road. The apartment is super comfortable, beautifully designed, has every amenity you could hope for, very spacious and just a peaceful location. Ken’s and Lou were super hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

Extremely convenient location Direct street access and access through the building made coming and going a breeze and very discreet Quiet and comfy and perfectly spotless Check in would very well communication and instructed with no headache of running around at all. Loved it

We had the best time at The Nest. It was perfect for our weekend in Melbourne with our 9 month old. Christine supplied a cot, high chair and pram which meant we didn’t have to travel with big bulky baby items, and on top of that there were plenty of toys to keep our little one entertained. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to shops, cafes, public transport and a playground. I would recommend Christine’s to anyone, especially for those with young children!

Gail was an incredible host - very responsive, thoughtful and accomodating with our check-in/out times. She had left some food to get us through the first breakfast and some toys for our toddler (he was thrilled!). Her place is very lovely with lots of interesting artwork and books to peek through. The bedrooms are spacious, neat and tidy. We did hear quite a bit of road noise at night but it was fine with earplugs. The house is very centrally located - easy trams into the city, or tram/walk to St Kilda. There’s also plenty to do right on the doorstep - beach, cafes, playgrounds. Thank you Gail for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

The only issue was the tv being in the minor room Other then that fantastic place to stay Highly recommend ☺️

Stayed 4 months in this apartment. Communication with hosts was easy. Perfect spot in Melbourne. Nice run around Albert Park, short walk to the beach, and trams/busses/trains nearby. I liked the area around South Yarra and Prahran which is within walking distance. I can definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for your prompt replies and accommodating our last-minute booking, especially considering our previous reservation was canceled just before our trip. We appreciated your quick communication. I'd like to share some thoughts for improvement. The price for a single day was a bit high, and I expected a higher level of cleanliness. There were numerous corners with visible cobwebs. Additionally, the kitchen tools seemed to be of lower quality, with a lingering scent of dish soap on our cooking utensils. This made breakfast preparation challenging, particularly with eggs. It would be great if you could enhance the kitchen tools for a better cooking experience. Thank you for your attention to these suggestions.

Wonderful place to stay and relax with family or friends. The pool is divine and the pool table, bar, tv area is amazing.

Place was great! An amazing property visually and with the hot weather the pool was great. Inside everything was brilliant as well, kitchen was easy to navigate and the lounge area was really relaxing. The bedrooms were all of a decent size too and the mattresses and pillows were really comfy. Hawthorn and Kooyong were a short walk away with some great little cafes, shops restaurants and bars and getting in and out of the city, richmond and st kilda was all very easy too by tram or uber. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a high quality house on the fringes of the CBD

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

A great location for gathering with a larger group. Very comfortable and relaxed even in such a grand setting. The listing is accurate but the floor plan image is not up-to-date with the rooms available for use.
