Short but sweet stay with Elia. He was a very gracious host and everything was just as it was described online. Beautiful apartment, comfy bed and full use of kitchen and living areas. I had come in of a long flight and Elia made check in quick and effortless and even though sharing the apartment, he was quiet and respectful. Location was central to Albert park lake and walking distance to St Kilda or city . Highly recommend 🙌🏽

Highly recommended. Loved our 2 week stay here - great location, clean space and all the necessities. It is expensive, but no more so than other local properties of the same or less calibre. We had a minor issue with the key ninja asking to change the drop off time last minute, but it was nothing that impacted our overall view of this lovely property. In fact, it exceeded expectations and is better than the photos. Thank you so much, we’ll be back if we ever need an Airbnb in Melbourne.

We first stayed in Gail’s elegant home for a month, five years ago. The experience, excellent apartment layout, and pleasure at living there remained the same. My husband and I both have issues sleeping and Gail’s mattresses and linens are unsurpassed. We are going to try to buy the same mattresses for our house as soon as possible. As we stayed a month this visit, as well and Gail made sure that we had enough towels, sheets and blankets/duvets for our trip. The kitchen is set up beautifully and Gail provided excellent items for our initial breakfasts. Her coffee and tea selections were fabulous. Gail as well as her home surpassed the high expectations that we had from our first stay. When we could not follow the instructions for the TVs, she sent someone to help within hours. She is by far the best host that we have had in our 10 years of using AirBnB. We will definitely stay at her lovely home when we next return to Australia in 2026. Thank you Gail!

Very, very nice apartment, especially for the price. Roomy and very nicely refurbished and decorated and with all modern appliances. Fantastic outdoor seating and a really nice long swimmable pool. Surroundings could have been better, lots of traffic and long walk to beach or sights, but close to tram line, and the apartment in itself really made it worth our stay. We were 4 adults and 3 small kids (1 infant) and fit well. I biked to work at Melbourne uni, good bike line on st Kilda road. Even though surrounds weren’t the cosiest, we Recommend the apartment, probably can’t find nicer at this price,

Wonderful stay ! Danielle was so very helpful answering all the questions we had to make sure the home accommodated our group. Home was great- spacious, clean and 10 steps to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Janet’s home is luxurious and was perfect for our extended family, large spaces to enjoy time together, quiet spaces for those sleeping. Janet is very responsive and quick to assist, she had a new coffee machine at our door the next day when the one advertised in the house was missing.

We have had the pleasure of staying at Rob's place a number of times for two or three weeks each visit. This was our first visit since the pandemic and was lovely to be back in our Carlton home from home. It's a very special property that accommodated our family of four when the children were little and continued to do so now they are teenagers. The heating system keeps the property reasonably cool throughout the extremes that Melbourne weather can throw and the air conditioning works well. The outside decking space is lovely and the inside is as attractive as shown. It has the all amenities we required for extended stays. The location is brilliant with Lygon Street and the trams to the city a few steps away, yet the house is peacefully residential and feels safe. We'd love the opportunity to stay again the next time we are able to visit.
