Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Port Phillip City

A beautiful little Airbnb for a few days away! We enjoyed having easy street parking and super easy access to the place, it made it feel nice a private. Beach was an easy walk away. Lovely little communities to explore around the area. We love staying outside the city. 35min Tram into the city is super easy! Would definitely come back!

Great studio apartment and location

We first stayed in Gail’s elegant home for a month, five years ago. The experience, excellent apartment layout, and pleasure at living there remained the same. My husband and I both have issues sleeping and Gail’s mattresses and linens are unsurpassed. We are going to try to buy the same mattresses for our house as soon as possible. As we stayed a month this visit, as well and Gail made sure that we had enough towels, sheets and blankets/duvets for our trip. The kitchen is set up beautifully and Gail provided excellent items for our initial breakfasts. Her coffee and tea selections were fabulous. Gail as well as her home surpassed the high expectations that we had from our first stay. When we could not follow the instructions for the TVs, she sent someone to help within hours. She is by far the best host that we have had in our 10 years of using AirBnB. We will definitely stay at her lovely home when we next return to Australia in 2026. Thank you Gail!

Great apartment in an awesome central location in Melbourne.

We were in Melbourne for a family reunion and had an awesome one month stay at Fran’s house. We frequented Cole’s, KMart, and coffee shops all located in a mall about a 10-minute walk from the house. It was also within reasonable walking distance to my sister’s house, making it perfect to get together with family we haven’t seen in years. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private. My husband enjoyed his morning coffees out there and the birdsongs. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make meals. We didn’t have a car, but the train station is about a 25 minute walk or Uber for 10 AUD. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at Fran’s, and we would definitely rent again the next time we are in Melbourne.  Thank you, Fran, for being a wonderful host.

Karen’s home is beautiful and I’ve never had a better experience from a host. Thank you Karen for the extra special touches to make a girls weekend perfect and I appreciate your prompt responses back to me. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful location, lovely house.

We loved our stay at Janets. Wonderful host, wonderful house. So much room and so clean and tidy, just like the photos - maybe even better. The location was perfect and a very nice area of Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Lily's place was booked for my employee who attends Box Hill TAFE. He advised that although it was a little to far way everything was great. It was as descibed and Lilys communication was terrific and everything was very easy. Thank you

The property was excellent. The interior and the en-suites are absolutely stunning. The team communicate promptly and are always helpful. The kitchen is very handy when travelling with a team of staff and also a child. From what it looks from the outside it doesn't look very big, but once inside there was plenty of space to relax after a hard and exhausting day. Extremely satisfied with the property itself. There is a park, walking distance away and plenty of public attractions! There are things to note about the surroundings: quite difficult to get a parking spot right in-front of the property, and across the road there is a share-house which people come and go. For our intended purpose of use of the property we already exercised extra vigilance for security. But otherwise there were no particular concerns.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SIA. Beautiful home, lovely outdoor area and so close to eateries and supermarkets. Would highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay at Rob’s place very much. We had 2 couples plus 3 children so 3 bedrooms worked well. The location is fantastic. Super close to transport, cafes, parks, and near the centre of Melbourne. Appreciated that the house was very quiet. Used the kitchen a lot. Glad to have fans in the bedrooms as we encountered a hot week. Good laundry. Overall had a great time. Thanks.

I felt like home "even better" The place was more way beyond my expectations , Spectacular starting from the space, clean, very organized and modern. You don't want to leave this place. We stayed at Sarah & Fiona’s place for three days. The place was nice and clean they left all the essentials needed. It’s accessible to shops and restaurants just at the door step. Perfect for a small group.

Was a pleasure staying at Rita’s place. Apartment is located in an awesome location right next to Chinatown. Plenty of food choices downstairs. Place is clean with all amenity’s and Rita was always quick to respond. Even offered a late check out. Thanks again for letting me stay. Regards, Danny
