Beachfront vacation rentals in Port Phillip City

Great location right beside the beach. Donna was so helpful and accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags before check in and after we checked out. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The bathroom was perfect especially the shower. Absolutely no complaints. We would recommend anyone looking for a homely stay in Melbourne to stay here. We will definitely be back next time.

We have travelled a lot and this is hands down best air BNB we have stayed in! Incredible apartment, location close to the beach and Elwood shops. High end finishes throughout, beautiful linen, comfortable bed. Flower was friendly and responsive, even provided some delicious cheese. We cant wait to stay again!

My stay at Suzanne’s apartment was fantastic. The place was spotless upon arrival and the location is perfect, with plenty to do right on the doorstep in St Kilda. The tram stop just outside the apartment makes traveling into the city incredibly convenient. Suzanne was attentive, friendly, and supportive, promptly addressing any issues I encountered. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to St Kilda.

Staying at Olivia's was the refreshing much needed holiday I couldn't have found anywhere else! Her apartment is bright, spacious, welcoming and filled with character. Every piece of furniture or ornament has been chosen and placed elegantly. Waking up to the view of the beach and having the opportunity to simply walk across the road for a swim was very special too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Thackeray cottage is a charming eclectic home that is a wonderful place to stay.. my second time . It's very easy to work here.. to cook simple meals ... eat mulberries straight from the tree next to the porch and walk around the corner to grab breakfast . It's within a short walking distance to the beach.. to St kilda and elwood shops .. perfect bayside location And Alyce is a warm and genuine host . a wonderful stay .

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location close to the beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Communication with the host was smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommend!

My family had a fantastic time at Simon’s place. Pool is amazing, the location fantastic and great apartment. Simon was super communicative and accommodating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location and spacious place for a family with young kids! The house had so many toys (and trampoline!) we could use and the kids were so happy! It’s very comfy with new large sofa, kitchen with all you need, 2 bathrooms and big bath tub. It could use some refurbishment but for us that was no problem at all!

What a fabulous spot to enjoy what Melbourne has to offer. The views are truly spectacular and the apartment is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Dorothy is a star! She made us feel like family, after 2 1/2 months travelling, it was a lovely feeling again. You can rely on Dorothy for an interesting conversation and excitement for your adventures! She waited up for our later check in and even helped us finish our laundry so that we could get out and explore. Beautiful home and sea views, around the corner from tram routes and walkable highstreets & beach :)

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

Amazing place, will look to book at this place again when in the Melbourne\Elwood area. A great gem in the middle of the big smoke. Transport easy to get around when required.

Kate’s home was great!! Great apartment in a great location with just a short trip into the city, a small walk across to the ocean and shops etc! Will be back for sure! Highly recommend 👌

Super host & apartment, would recommend this place to anyone. Positives: - Great communication, instructions and welcome messages. - Lovely, relaxed set-up, location and close to beach, pubs, coffee roasters (Rouse St), cafes & supermarkets (Bay St). - Welcome pack with breakfast cereals, coffee pods and bottle of vino is wonderful! Challenges: - TV has no aerial connection and is internet only, requires log ins for numerous apps to watch live TV like news or tennis. Not always reliable. - The air-con was broken during our (January) stay which made it a bit hot and stuffy - even with fans and balcony door open. - Wheelchair / mobility access is not straight forward. Lift access is good, but work-arounds required for hallway and front doors if you have pram or mobility issues. The positives far outweighed the challenges (for awareness only) and we really enjoyed our time here.

Tanja's place was very well equiped. A great location - close to the beach which has great coffee. Close to transport for visits to the Museums and Art Gallery's. Tanja was easily contactable and reposed to any request immediately. I would stay here again when I am in Melbourne.

Amazing stay. Photos can't capture the magical feel of Andrea's place. Apartment is well supplied, quality bedding, kitchen well stocked, and easy to imagine two people staying long term after 5 nights. Location is perfect with beach, coastal biking & walking paths, restaurants, grocery stores, tram to Melbourne all just outside. Despite being close to the action of charming St. Kilda's, the place is quiet & tucked in a lovely complex. Not to mention the ferris wheel & bay view. Andrea was pro-active, checking to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Really want to return!

This was a great spot to stay! St. Kilda was lovely and had a chilled vibe! The accommodation was 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and approx 25-30 minutes to main street. The tram was right outside and took you straight into Melbourne. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with a kitchen and bathroom and access to a washing machine and dryer in the building. Kate was friendly and helpful. It was exactly what my daughter and I needed for our week’s stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Paul & Dan’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, was a short walk to the beach front and a bunch of great restaurants. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a good little spot for a get away.
