Welcome to South Padre Island TX! The Condo is an outstanding beachfront property. Nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom furnished condo right on the second floor over looking the beach. Seville is a gated property and well maintained with full time maintenance personnel, 2 pools- one is heated, and jacuzzi. Seville has security cameras all around the property which provide excellent security for owners and guests. Seville has a healthy reserve and owners want to keep the property in excellent condition.

Stunning Condo Featured On HGTV Steps To The Beach

Our condo was featured on HGTV. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - everything you could want for your vacation only half a block from the beach, with two pools and a hot tub. Condo sleeps 6 adults easily (1 king and 2 full beds) and there is a premium air mattress available for use in the living area. Combination of 8 people can stay in the condo comfortably. We are only allowed to accommodate 6 adults in the condo per our HOA rules.
