Had a great time, booked for 3 nights, place was perfect for two. All linens were provided as well as beach towels. Heated pool and beach steps away! Felt safe in the area. Johnny was easy to work with and had lots of amenities at no extra charge! Would recommend for rest and relaxation ;-)

We had a wonderful time at Roberto's place. The accommodations were great and the location was spectacular. Roberto and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great spot right on the beach!

The place was great! Easy check in, very easy and close walk to beach. The beach chairs worked out great, and is very close to the whales rib and other great restaurants; easily walkable. Place was clean and quiet, and the shower and ac worked great! Thanks again

Matt is the best. Honest , the roof top area is well done. Plenty of furniture bar set up , couches. Also his place is located within walking distance of couple restaurants. Literally walk with chairs towels he provides to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Thanks

Our stay at The Sea Spray Inn was great! A real gem, quiet and just a block from the beach, which made carrying the provided beach chairs and umbrellas a breeze. The outdoor pool and patio with plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas, for sun or shade is lovely and surrounded by a wall of greens and fencing for privacy from the street. The studio room was more spacious than expected with great windows on both sides of the unit (kitchen and bathroom) as well as bedroom/living room area, and lots of closet and drawer space. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit tight quarters for 2 people at the same time but work great. We also appreciated the small library and laundry facilities. Cindy, the office manager was super friendly, provided recommendations for local activities, and responded to a minor repair request right away. Other unit residents were friendly as well.

Family Room-Beach-Self Check In- High Cleanliness

This place was just what my mom and I needed for a week getaway. Just a quick walk into town where all the restaurants and bars are you cannot beat the location. Check in was easy and Marjorie let us keep our luggage on property when we had a late check out our last day. The only thing I would critique is the beach chairs provided are sand sitters, investing I some better chairs would be awesome. We ended up renting chairs for our week long stay. Overall, excellent stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect "locavackay", we live 17 miles away and wanted to park our car and walk to all our activities. Met those goals in every way - beach, outdoor seating, pool; except dining, as only the hotel restaurant was in walking distance. Lyft was $15 each way, avoided the parking issues at downtown Deerfield. If we had wanted to drive, we could have checked in and out of valet parking multiple times at no additional charge, but we chose not to.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the room was great, bigger than expected with a really nice balcony overlooking the park. there was a Publix very close by as well as a lot of great restaurants etc. very close by. it's a very walkable area. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location that’s close to restaurants and bars. Matt responds pretty quickly and made check in a breeze. I’d definitely book here again the next time I’m in the area.

Nice affordable hotel right off the beach , this is my second time staying , and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I would definitely come back! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything to go to the beach, even toys for children. Jens is a very good host. The parking service offered by the place was not very good, but there was just a change of company during my stay and you could tell the difference in the change, since the new workers were friendlier and more cordial in their dealings.

A bright sleeping area features two spacious beds adorned with a patterned quilt. Large windows offer abundant natural light and a view of the outside, with sheer blinds partially drawn. A bedside table hosts a lamp, complementing the neutral color scheme.

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The room inside is comfortable and it is equipped with everything we needed, even towels and beach chairs on the beach. I also loved the location, it was close to a lot of different stores and places to buy things but far away enough to be relaxed. I highly recommend this place

A true home away from home ! The living and sleeping spaces are large and cozy, and well decorated. The pool has a great mix of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. What a cool view of the intercostal waters, yet also private vibe. Johnny and Michael suggested several delicious restaurants and nightlife, all within walking distance. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was a great size and well-equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. The food at the hotel was surprisingly good, and they provided towels for the pool. The gym had all the basic equipment you’d need. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk across the bridge to the beach and state park and restaurant. On the other side, you’re right next to a mall, lots of restaurants, Publix, and Starbucks. Super convenient spot and a great stay overall! For my solo travels i definitely recommend this location!
