Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We had a large group in town for a wedding with many of us traveling from out of state. It was so nice to have the space we all could hang out without feeling like sardines. The bedrooms and beds were all large and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed was already there for us. There was a lot of fun extras in the house and the game room was a huge hit with the kids! We LOVED it! Thank you!!

Anne’s place was perfect for our trip to Des Moines! We wanted to be downtown and we were working remotely so having the extra space was ideal. Anne had the place well stocked and the instructions for accessing the place and using the parking garage were clear and useful!

this place at eagle view was great; the view of the river was beautiful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. there were a lot of neighbours, but easy enough to get in and out of the building, and quiet hours ensured noise didn't extend into the night. michael and ana were great hosts, super responsive and made sure I was comfortable, as well as accomodated a last-minute change to my trip. would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay near downtown!

We absolutely loved this place! It is so unique and beautiful. We were absolutely obsessed with the design. It is also so spacious! It feels like it goes on forever. Loved the privacy from the backyard as well. Thank you so much for sharing your house!

We were in town for a weekend wedding at the end of March. The quantity of bedrooms and sleeping space was great for my large family. It was nice to be able to park in the garage also. The location was easy to find and convenient for all of our wedding activities. The value was excellent- staying at a hotel with my large family would have been much more expensive and not as much fun, as we could all be together comfortably in the house!

I enjoyed staying at this apartment! It had everything I needed and was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The location was fantastic; I took several walks to the Sculpture Garden and a couple blocks away to great coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and friendly (even when I fumbled the entrance instructions). Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Des Moines!

My boyfriend and I stayed here over spring break and absolutely loved it. We were so impressed with how clean the ENTIRE place was- as if we were the first guests to ever stay! Michael was extremely kind and responsive and gave great thorough and detailed instructions. We felt “at-home” and plan to book with Michael again in the near future!

The place was exactly as described, very easy to access and Michael responded within minutes to any questions I had. The washer & dryer combo worked out great for an extended stay as I was in town for work. Also, the location is perfect with plenty of running/biking trails along the river, Principal Park directly across and no shortage of restaurants/bars nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing!! Adding it to my favorites!! Michael and cohost were very helpful/ great instructions and made me feel welcomed! This was the perfect place to stay! Check in and check out were extremely easy! The building was very quiet and the room was cozy! Everything was super clean! It’s within walking distance to a bunch of different places. We tried out the restaurants next door and they were great!

I came to Jayden’s place with a few girls from my church to have a getaway weekend. This place was absolutely perfect! It was just as beautiful as the photos, the hot tub was an amazing size and easy for all 10 of us to enjoy. The whole place was the perfect size! The kitchen was a huge so we could make our own food, each bedroom was big and had comfortable beds so no one had to use an air mattress or futon. It was also in the country, so we didn’t have to worry about keeping neighbors awake, though we didn’t still respect the 11pm quiet hours. I did realize that there is a next door living space that the host lives in, but I don’t think anyone was home when we were there. All in all, if you are looking to have a getaway weekend with a larger group, this is the place to rent! Each of the girls couldn’t say enough how wonderful it was and such a perfect place to stay. I highly recommend!
