Monthly Rentals in Polinyà

We spent ten days in Siscu's place in March 2025 and were very satisfied. The apartment exactly matches the description from the listing. We were warmly welcomed - although we don't speak Spanish, communication with hands and feet worked well. The neatly equipped kitchen could use a little more cutlery, but the dishwasher is a clear plus. Unfortunately, since we had almost continuous rainy weather, the washing machine was also a very valuable extra for us. The apartment was very clean and nothing could be heard from the dog guesthouse not far away with the windows closed. As a starting point for activities, we can recommend the apartment without hesitation, so we were in Andorra, Tarragona, Manresa, Montserrat and Girona. However, a rental car is an absolute prerequisite due to the somewhat remote single location.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is very clean and you have everything you need for your stay. Mireia was very helpful and kind at all times and was always willing to help us and do her best to make us feel good. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, be very careful not to leave anything in sight when you leave the car parked. Otherwise, everything is great, there are many restaurants and shops around, everything is close by.

We had a lovely stay at Alba’s place. Location is walkable from the train station and close to a supermarket as well as restaurants and bars. The place is spacious with a comfortable bed and a wel equipped kitchen. Check-in was super easy.

Txell and her family have been exceptional hosts, you receive kindness and closeness at all times. We loved the house, so much so that we want to return to Sabadell to repeat. For us it has been a discovery of the city of Sabadell and housing. The house is perfect, quiet, feels peace in it. It smells like family, being alone in it and without anyone bothering you, you feel clothed and accompanied. Special Magic exists at this location.
