Such a lovely welcome to Sylvia’s home with a delicious apple cake baked by her mother! We wanted to stay somewhere near Tivoli to see the fabulous gardens at Villa d’este and it didn’t disappoint. Neither did they! Up high with lovely peaceful grounds, view of Rome and lovely attention from Sylvia’s parents who were so friendly, introduced us to their two donkeys and gave us eggs from their hens and olive oil from their trees! I loved sitting outside in the December morning sunshine with my coffee overlooking the beautiful gardens, chatting to her parents and listening to the braying donkeys! Sylvia was most attentive to all our needs. It was a lovely experience.

Maria's house was so welcoming and familiar, it seemed to be our home, comfortable and with all the comforts. Located in Casape which is a 900 AD village to visit absolutely. Maria was very kind and very helpful, always ready to respond to our requests promptly. Thank you for everything and see you soon

Joanna's house is a little gem, furnished with care down to the smallest details. There's nothing missing, even if it's just a few square meters. We really appreciated finding basic necessities (including milk in the fridge! And welcome chocolates). The house is in a quiet location and in the countryside, away from the Roman noise but still convenient for visiting the eternal city (excellent advice from Joanna on parking and public transport to reach it). We recommend it!
