House vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

Me and my Fiance (now wife) booked this house for our wedding weekend. Keith was an absolutely incredible host! He communicated effectively and quickly. The house was absolutely beautiful. My wife and her bridal party had plenty of room to get ready on the morning of our wedding while getting their hair and makeup done. They even took gorgeous photos outside in the beautiful backyard. The house was not only beautiful, but it was very clean! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable!! The pool was amazing, and we were able to enjoy a nice extended weekend stay after our big day, like a mini honeymoon vacation. We absolutely love Asbury Park and we travel there frequently, however in recent visits all of the local hotels have been extremely disappointing and overpriced. When we found this house hosted by Keith, we knew it was meant to be for our special weekend and it was more than we could have ever hoped for! 10/10 recommend! 5 stars all around! We will book again

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and made a ton of memories that we will cherish forever. The host was amazing!! The house was clean and we felt right at home. We loved having the pool and the option for outside dining. Already working on planning our stay for next year!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful stay at The Hayworth. We were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal with all the traditional dishes, including a large turkey and all the sides in a fully stocked kitchen. There are plenty of pots & pans (mostly in good condition), large serving dishes, bowls, etc. The house is very well appointed and cozy. The boardwalk is about a 10 minute walk, as well as Cookman Ave. where there are many fabulous restaurants and fun shops to explore. The fire pit in the backyard was a real treat. Our grandchildren loved making S'mores and since the weather was quite chilly, it was so lovely to sit by the fire wrapped in blankets listening to our favorite holiday songs by the light of the moon.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Gabriel’s place was perfect! Exactly what we needed, and Gabriel was very helpful! It’s in the perfect location for us, especially to the spots we love most in the area, just north and south. The place was cozy and practical. The shower was roomy, the kitchenette has everything you could need, the table is perfect for two, and the bed was very comfortable. Heat was provided by means of the mini-split (and it works GREAT). The electric wall fireplace was also a great touch at the foot of the bed. The big TV was nice to watch while winding down for the night, too. Definitely a 5 star rating well earned. We plan to book here again in the future.

The home is so cozy and clean, offers you very good privacy in the backyard. Everything keeps in a very good condition. The location is very convenient. It’s not the kind of typical investment Airbnb house you can find anywhere. It’s a sweet home you will have the warmth feeling from heart that you will forget this is an Airbnb. Definitely recommend it!

We were in the area for a softball tournament and Jena’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Cute, clean, and within walking distance to all that the beach and boardwalk have to offer when we weren’t at games. Jena was an excellent host; very friendly and responsive. She thought of everything. I would highly recommend!!

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

We wanted to make memories with our family as my mother in law is 96 and each moment counts. Thank you for giving us the space to celebrate our family memories.

Mary's house was perfect in every way. Everything you could possiblly need and more was available. Mary is definately the "perfect" host. We can't wait to come back next year.

This house was the perfect place for me and my girlfriends to stay for the 4th of July. Jon was a great host and was very responsive. I would recommend staying here and would myself again!

The place was perfect and served the purpose. Access to the unit was pretty easy.and we found the unit to be neat and clean. The rental cost was reasonable given the area. The instructions from the host were pretty clear and the response from the host was quick. We definitely will look up this unit in the future.

This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy, and there were lots of nice extras which we really appreciated. We had one small issue which the owners were super responsive to, and they even followed up to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this house, and Hong was the perfect host! The location was perfect - just three blocks from the beach, so it was a quick walk but also removed enough from the amusements to be quiet. We loved the layout of the house, with four spacious bedrooms upstairs that opened into a common room with a pool table, and two more bedrooms downstairs. The large kitchen and dining area was amazing; it had plenty of seating for a large group of people. Hong was very generous and flexible about check-in and check-out times. When we had a question about something in the house, he was on the spot in five minutes. We would definitely recommend this house for a great time near the boardwalk and beach.

We stayed here for a weekend off season for a wedding. The place was perfect! The host was super responsive, flexible and friendly. The place was clean with updated appliances and amenities. You were right across from the beach. Highly recommend for on season or off season stays!
