House vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

Me and my Fiance (now wife) booked this house for our wedding weekend. Keith was an absolutely incredible host! He communicated effectively and quickly. The house was absolutely beautiful. My wife and her bridal party had plenty of room to get ready on the morning of our wedding while getting their hair and makeup done. They even took gorgeous photos outside in the beautiful backyard. The house was not only beautiful, but it was very clean! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable!! The pool was amazing, and we were able to enjoy a nice extended weekend stay after our big day, like a mini honeymoon vacation. We absolutely love Asbury Park and we travel there frequently, however in recent visits all of the local hotels have been extremely disappointing and overpriced. When we found this house hosted by Keith, we knew it was meant to be for our special weekend and it was more than we could have ever hoped for! 10/10 recommend! 5 stars all around! We will book again

This was our second stay at Alejandro's place and we hope to be back for more. It's a lovely space with great proximity to downtown Lavallette, the beach, and bay. There's plenty of space to relax and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. The backyard is gorgeous with the fire pit being especially nice on chilly evenings! As a host, Alejandro goes above and beyond. Great communication and he generously sent us food from a local restaurant because we'd had bad weather, though obviously that was completely out of his control. I highly recommend staying here!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, inviting, and had so many amenities. I felt like I didn’t have to bring anything extra. There was so much for my children to do (ages 4 and 6).They road their bikes to the bay and loved the splash pad. They also loved the pool. Austin always answered me right away. Thank you Austin and Casey for a wonderful and memorable vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and made a ton of memories that we will cherish forever. The host was amazing!! The house was clean and we felt right at home. We loved having the pool and the option for outside dining. Already working on planning our stay for next year!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Was there this past weekend. It was my first Airbnb experience & I was nervous because I’m very easily turned off by other peoples messes or garbage!, etc. This place was so incredibly clean! Never once did I feel uncomfortable. It was so open & airy & bright & cozy. I did not wanna leave. I haven’t felt that in a really long time. I had seven (7) 13-year-old boys with me who had the best time in the game room & sat by the fire at night & also enjoyed her amazing swim spa (as did the adults : ). Her backyard is gorgeous! Everyone had their own room. I felt at home immediately. Besides the house being so comfortable… the host Carey was so warm & welcoming. She contacted me the second I booked & I’ve been literally talking to her ever since. She even checked in on me the day after to make sure I got home OK. She answered every question that I had immediately. She’s absolutely wonderful. The house is fantastic! Cannot wait to go back! 😎

Great place to stay. Close to everything and having two bathrooms is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the place feels bigger than it looks. The kitchen is a nice gathering area that can sit and feed a good family meal!

Silvia, and her property manager, Arielle were wonderful. Very responsive and helpful from start to finish. The house was beautiful and had many amenities that helped minimize what we needed to bring as well as making our vacation more comfortable and enjoyable. It truly is a Pleasant Oasis. Easy walk to the beach and easy access to the town of PPB and Bay Head as well as the boardwalk. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. I think anyone who chooses to stay will be very happy with the accommodations. We enjoyed our family time there very much! Thank you ladies!!

Our stay with Chris and Johanna was very nice! We didn't miss a thing and I would especially like to emphasize the tremendous helpfulness and fast and flexible communication! The house offers a great view of the water and the beach is within walking distance. We still had great weather in October and really enjoyed our time here. Also the stay with children was very good, the space is sufficient and the beds very comfortable. Many thanks!

We had a great time at the house. We fit my family upstairs and my mom and my sister with the babies on 1st floor and there was plenty of space. We brought our dog Rocco and he had a blast. The house was clean and seemed like it was newly updated. It’s walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Only 2 slight downsides, 1. If you don’t know how to grill on a griddle grill you will have to learn fast. 2. The house has a little bit of a moldy smell but I guess most beach houses do. Anyway I give the house a 5+ because it was clean and we got to bring our dog on vacation.

The place was nice. Nicer than the last place I booked on a competitor's site. I wish we had more time to stay to make the cost more worthwhile, (it's listed to accommodate 6 guests but it was just my wife and myself on a necessary impromptu visit to my 91 year old mom and her boyfriend (dad) who just moved to the area), but I think it was fair for the rental. It was spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable enough, the deck was really nice, it had the amenities one might want/need for a stay away, it allowed pets which was an important feature for us, and it was conveniently located to the shore and necessities. I would definitely give a thumbs up as a place to consider for a time to get away.

Our stay at the Upper Deck couldn’t have been more perfect! Joan’s home is ideally situated just across the street from a beach entrance; walkable to food, mini golf & even the boardwalk! The exterior features are awesome w/ dedicated parking & a delightful covered porch we enjoyed all day long. The apartment is spacious, bright, cheery, comfortable & immaculate! Best of all, Joan is an incredibly kind & thoughtful host whose special touches make this a true home away from home. When it comes to the perfect beach getaway, Joan’s thought of literally everything… comfy beds, soft linens, plentiful towels, beach badges & chairs, cooler, ice packs and filled trays, comfy indoor & porch seating… truly, I could go on and on. Joan’s home provided me with some much needed rest and comfort… I’m so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to visit again!

I had a long weekend with family . Such a great location! Close to restaurants, the beach and attractions. Everyone lived the house. Thomas and Michelle were so friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were a nice size, living room too. Everything was clean and up to date. Would gladly come back!

Excellent host and place to stay! The home was located within walking distance to the seaside boardwalk and beach. The house was spotless and was perfect for a young family. The host was very responsive and proactive in reaching out to us throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again!

The pictures of John’s house don’t do it justice! The house is more spacious and lovely than the photos show. Kitchen is beautiful with everything we needed to cook simple to gourmet meals. Wine fridge is a big plus, as well as the restaurant grade stove/oven. Lots of spices on hand too. Bathrooms are spacious, modern, and lots of towels. Living spaces are large and airy, back deck and yard are beautiful and there’s a large table & gas grill for outdoor dining. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. Could not ask for a better location: a few short blocks to the beach, and the train station was super close, allowing a family member from NYC to join us easily. Bay Head has some great dining options as do nearby Point Pleasant and Manasquan. Overall a great stay, we will definitely return!

We are so thankful to have stayed at this beautiful waterfront house. The host thought of anything and everything that would be needed for our stay and went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. I would highly recommend staying at this location, or any of our hosts other locations. We can’t wait to come back and are looking forward to our next vacation at the Mermaid House.

We had a short, but great stay in Seaside Hts. The house was perfect, clean, and exactly as presented. The back Tiki Bar was incredible! Looking to return soon! YEAH BUDDY!

We had a great stay here. What a location... just a couple houses away from the beach entrance. The house was comfortable and, with its high ceilings, felt more spacious than expected. Just a short walk or drive to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Brandon is a kind and communicative host. Highly recommended all around.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Matched the description 100%. Right across from the beach, friendly neighbors, clean spot, and super close to the seaside heights boardwalk. About a 1-2 minute walk to the Saw Mill. My husband and I used this Airbnb for the girls to get ready in before our wedding and as a mini-moon for a few days after. We saw whales jumping out of the ocean from the living room window!! Just make sure you are aware that this is a second story unit. John is super nice and extremely detailed in his instructions. We built lifelong memories here and would 100% stay here again. Also you cannot beat the price for what this place offers!
