Beachfront vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

Definitely recommend to stay at Alejandro’s place. He was very helpful and responded as soon as possible when I had a question; I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

Check-in was at four, but they text me around 12 and told me my room was available. Which I thought was very nice a very clean place and quiet. And I hope I got the guys name right I think it was Jason, he was amazing, very accommodating and very sweet. Thank you for a great stay and I will see you soon

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

Sashia and Paul were extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. My family was traveling and they were very helpful in ensuring we had the amenities needed for our child too. Their place is in a gorgeous location right on the beach and the interior is beautiful. Would highly recommend staying with them!

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

We loved this house! Celebrated my dad’s 90th birthday here and it couldn’t have been better! The view from the deck of the ocean and the sunrise was spectacular! And on the upper deck with the hot tub, we could see the sunset. The game room was a hit with the grandkids (and others). Lots of couches and plenty of outside furniture. The master suite with outside deck was lovely! We were so lucky with the weather. Pickleball was super close — 8 streets away, there were 4 public courts. We’d absolutely recommend this house.

This was the best beach house my family has ever stayed at and we stay at a different place every year but we will be coming back here again. This vacation was for my wife's 70th birthday because she grew up on the Jersey Shore. John's attention to detail sets this beautiful home apart from any home I have stayed at. For example, the kitchen has every piece of cookware that you would find in the most gourmet kitchens you see on cooking shows. My wife loves a jacuzzi tub but most times it takes so long to fill in other homes that she usually just ends up taking a shower but not here. Speaking of showers, the primary bedroom has the best walk through shower I have ever seen in my life and that is saying a lot because I'm a real estate agent in Denver. This shower has five different multi functional heads. We were a party of 10 and my four grandsons begged me to rent it for another week because of all the activities available. John's kindness and communication is first rate.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was so much fun, with easy access to the bay and the beach. Jennifer was a great host and provided many amenities and great recommendations.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I’ve been on Airbnb for over 8yrs and in over 12 countries. The care that David puts into his Airbnb and for his guest is ABOVE AND BEYOND. Planned a surprise mini weekend getaway, We celebrated our 1st year anniversary and my husband’s 35th birthday. David and his wife BEAUTIFULLY decorated the apartment with balloons, flowers, a cake and added personal touches that made the weekend one to remember. The ambiance and the location itself is immaculate. My husband was extremely moved, surprised and personally thanked David. I can’t speak enough on how thankful I am.

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

My extended family used this house for Thanksgiving. It is huge! It accommodated all of us so very well. It is very comfortable and laid out well. Lino was extremely responsive. The best part is the fabulous view. Sunsets were stunning! Highly recommend!

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

David was an excellent communicator and let us check in a tad early. The place was clean and perfect for a family or 2 couples. Exactly what you want in an Airbnb vs. getting multiple hotel rooms. I'd happily stay here again because it is a well-managed property with all the amenities described.

We stayed at Regina's home in Keansburg for two nights over Thanksgiving and felt right at home. The home is located at the end of a quiet street and is walking distance to the beach which has a great view of the NYC skyline. We appreciated how clean the home was and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Regina was quick to answer any questions we had and offered great local recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Stephanie’s house was even more beautiful than pictured! The location was ideal, only 1 block to the beach and a short walk or very short drive into town for great food and mingling! Stephanie responded immediately to all questions we had and was wake and helpful! The house was tremendous with tons of open space, room for storage and an awesome stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining guests! The small but functional backyard was great to enjoy some fresh beach air and relax while grilling and having a cocktail. Access the the driveway made coming and going super convenient. My family of 3 and our visitors had a wonderful week and will definitely return in the future!
