Beautiful home in front of a lagoon. Hosts have kindly left 2 kayaks which allow you to explore the gorgeous bays in the area. The house is very homely and it's easy to cook and wash your clothes and just chill out.

Agree with prior reviewers that this home is worth the effort! The drive to get there is a bit hair raising, don't do it when you are tired. Once there, the view is divine, and it's very easy to chill on the verandah and do not much. We loved the walk to the waterfall, the grove, and the bread and brownies from the Bacca bakery in Tokaka. Our favourite coffee was from Good as Gold in Takaka. We had a cruise around Abel Tasman after checking out, gave a great other perspective.

We had a wonderful stay thank you. Spacious and beautiful. Had precious times chatting around the fire which also kept us lovely and warm for dinners. Two toilets, good spacious shower, our friends in the tiny home and us in Betsy meant we all had enough space to relax. Outside kitchen was lovely and we were fortunate with the weather. Great spot for our Easter egg hunt! Very well situated, close to beach, Takaka and springs . Right next to the stunning ‘Grove’ rocks.

What a wonderful stay! Some of the best nights of sleep, such a good place to switch off and recharge. Would 10/10 recommend
