Everything was more than impeccable, from before arriving, when Claudine made sure we arrived safely, and during our stay, she was always more than attentive to everything we needed. The place is absolutely nice, there is really nice garden which makes the house really comfortable. And Jorge is really responsive and kind. He is part of the magic of the place. The surroundings are amazing and everything is 10 minutes walking.

The refuge is an incredible place perfectly hidden and camouflaged with the landscape. Highly recommended to disconnect from urban life. The views both day and night are a dream. The house was impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need for your stay. Communication with both Andres and Carmela was quite fluid. We had a problem with the car and they were very understanding and flexible with the check-in issue. Very nice experience, we will definitely keep it in mind for our next vacation.
